Run!

You turn to run, but before you can take many steps, Jeff pushes a cart in your way, causing you to trip. You get up and try to run, but Jeff is on top of you, holding you back. You realize you need to use your powers to escape, and you try to take over Jeff’s mind. Whether it is the stress of the moment or the fact that he is holding you from behind and you can’t see him, but for whatever reason, you are unsuccessful with him.

You refocus on Amy, deciding to use her as a distraction. Before you can do anything, however, there is a sharp pain in your neck. You turn your head and see Dr. Burbank, holding an empty hypodermic syringe that he has just removed from your neck.

Enraged, you refocus on Burbank, but feel your knees buckle beneath you. Jeff lowers you to the ground, and you find yourself laying on your back, looking up at the three researchers.

Your arms and legs feel impossibly heavy, and you see darkness closing in all around you. With your last remaining bit of consciousness, you reach out to all three minds at once, and then....
