Jen Shows Up Midway Through

You quickly dried yourself off as your sister slipped out of the bathroom and headed back into her room. As you redressed your mind was kinda in a haze, your sister words continued to ring through your head. In fact as you got into your car and started to drive you couldn't help but think about exactly how things have changed so rabidly. Two days, only two days had past and just last night you had fucked your sisters ass as well as fucking her face as well. Then your mind returned to what your sister said during her drunken haze, she admitted that she always had a crush on you. Was this true or was it just the booze talking?

You tried to put the thoughts out of your head as you drove into the parking lot at the lab and walked inside. As you checked in you immediately headed to your office and just sat down, taking a moment to settle yourself. Roger quickly poked his head into your office only moments later, "Hey John, how you doing today?"

"Fine." You said with a weak smile, "What's up?"

"Well...I was going over our notes and we may have made a miscalculation. Our hopes for the cure to at least possible in three months was an under estimation." Roger said while rubbing the back of his head,

You quickly stood up and walked to the front of your desk, "What are you talking about Roger? We triple checked our numbers."

"Well remember how we thought we could build off another vaccine? Well I was running through options and so far I can't even find one that the disease isn't resistant to in some way. So if we can't find one, we'll have to start from scratch." Roger explained,

"Oh you've got to be fucking kidding me, if that's true this could take years." You replied with a disappointed sigh, "Alright will you go get Laura and meet me in the lab. We are going to have to start looking through other vaccines, hopefully we can find a template."

"Got it." Roger quickly said and exited the office. You headed down to the lab, minutes later Roger and Laura arrived. The three of you went right to work, hours past as you three made small jokes, conversations but mainly you all worked hard.

Before you knew it, it was already two in the afternoon. Laura spoke up minutes later, "John, is there any chance we could break for lunch? I'm starving." She said with a little pout,

"Yeah, we do have to eat right?" Roger agreed as he too looked over to you,

You let out a little sigh, and heard your own stomach growl. "Yeah, we can take an hour." You said with a little chuckle. The two smiled and quickly followed you out of the lab. You went to the cafe and bought a grinder, as you sat down to eat your eyes went wide as Jen walked over towards you. "Jen?" You asked as you got up,

"Hey big brother!" She said with a smile as she ran over to you,

"What are you doing here?" You asked in some confusion,

"I was a little bored, I thought I'd come say, hi. Is this a bad time?" Jen asked in return,

"No, no, Laura and Roger were hungry so we broke for lunch." You replied as you walked back towards your table,

"Oh really, well I'd love to meet them." Jen said with a smile,

"Uh, alright, sure. Come with me." You replied picking up your grinder.

You spotted the two of them quickly, sitting at separate tables but still relatively close. You called the two of them over and the quickly walked over. "Hey guys, this is Jen. She's my-" You started to say only for Laura to cut you off,

"Girlfriend?" She guessed,

"Oh please, this guy could never get someone like me." Jen said with a laugh, "I'm his sister."

"Oh!" Laura said with a laugh,

"You are Laura then, and you must be Roger." Jen said with an eyeing smile towards him, "John neglected to tell me that he worked with someone so handsome."

Roger let out a little toothy smile, "John never told me he had such beautiful sister." Roger returned,

Jen let out a little smile, "I guess we both are missing out, maybe we should take some time and talk about it."

"I'd like that." Roger replied with a nod, "Just tell me when."

"Well you don't seem busy right now." Jen said with a smirk,

Roger's eyes went a little wide, "Uh yeah, sure, let me buy you something to eat." He quickly said leading her away, leaving both you and Laura staring at them surprised,

"Wow." Laura said as they left earshot, "That was...quick."

"Yeah...I'll say." You agreed with a bit of irritation lingering off your voice.

Laura looked over to you and said, "Well you want to join me for lunch?"

"Huh?" You asked looked back to the short brunette,

She let out a giggle, "I said do you want to eat lunch with me."

"Uh yeah, sure." You said with a little smile as you followed her back to her table.
