What does Dante come upon next?
Makes it to an inn for the evening
Dante manages to travel the rest of the day without encountering any trouble. Shortly after sunset, he arrives at a small port town along a river. He reflects through his list of previous travels, and doesn't recall ever getting into any trouble in this particular town, so decides to stay at an inn. The outside of the "Drunken Sailor" isn't much to look at, but there are sounds of a crowd enjoying a good time. He also distinctly hears a female voice coming from within, and a very pleasant one at that.
Dante enters the tavern, and proceeds to a corner table, placing a quick order for a meal and fine wine. The place is packed with sailors, farmers, merchants and townsfolk. He sits with his back to the wall and scans over the crowd for a moment to make sure nobody is there whom he should be avoiding, and then directs his attention to the small stage. His eyes stop there - well, actually, they stop on the performer. An attractive, quite well-endowed human woman, probably in her early 20s, is playing a lute and singing. She has beautiful blue eyes and curly red hair that comes to a little below her shoulders. She is wearing a white, scoop-neck top and a teal full-length skirt. Her curvy figure is quite noticable. Her voice is lovely, hitting all the right notes and her fingers deftly strum the lute. Dante's eyes can't help but be drawn to her ample cleavage, as it rises and falls with her singing and breathing.
After a couple more songs, the woman takes a break, walking to the bar for a quick drink and bite to eat. Dante notes she is probably about 5 and a half feet tall. On the way to the bar, and also on her return trip back up to the stage, the bard does her best to avoid the wandering hands of patrons, sometimes successfully, sometimes not. She returns to stage and performs a few more times, her eyes meeting Dante's and smiling once after one of her songs. Dante ponders his move, thinking of how nice it would be to give her large drums a workout with his drumstick. He gestures to the tavern maid and asks her to bring something over to the bard, a...
