You take a walk down the street in search of adventure. Shouldn't be too hard, right?

You're strolling past a dark alleyway when you hear a bizarre noise. If you had to guess, you would name it as the sound of a trash can being knocked over. Being the natural multiversal anthropologist/super curious deity that you are, naturally you decide to check it out.

You enter the alley with a bit of trepidation. After all, you may be immortal but that doesn't you can't feel pain. "Hello? Anyone there?" The only response you get an animalistic snarling. It's a strange sound but not entirely alien to this dimension. It is populated by animal people after all. They can't all be mentally sound.

You turn a corner and finally spot the source of the snarling. Right in front of your eyes' digging through a trash can is a human being.
