Chapter 7

What's next?
Later on...
The three Titans came back home, detesting inside about how they had lost two of their enemies, without a single trace. "Well, that was a bust," Cyborg pouted.
"Don't worry, Cyborg," Robin assured. "We will find Fang and Cinderblock and bring them to justice."
"As long as they don't vanish on us again..." Raven put in at the end. Cyborg put his robotic hand on the entry pad and had it scanned for the front door to open to them. They made it inside, and entered the living room.
"Beast Boy." Robin grabbed his shoulder and shook his sleeping self gently. "Wake up." He groaned, trying to block out the 'noise' with his pillow. At least, the trio knew he was fully recovered if he could move his arm to grab the pillow at normal speed. Raven was not in the mood to play around, so by tapping into her powers, she covered the blanket and pillow in a layer of her darkness, pulling them briskly away from him.
"Aw...!" he groaned before he rubbed his eyes with a yawn. Then he turned into a kitten and stretched his arms and legs, changing back. "Five more minutes..." Cyborg asked where Starfire was. "She went to answer a knock on the door. Haven't seen her since." That's when they looked at each other, and the air got somewhat thicker with suspicion. With these strange occurrences today, who knows what could've happened to her. Robin gave everyone a place to search.
"Beast Boy, check her bedroom. Cyborg, search the garage and gym. Raven, the basement. I'll try the roof. We'll meet back here in 10 minutes. Titans, go!" And everyone took off. All of them searched high and low for any kind of way that Starfire could hide, but to no avail. They also tried to figure where she would go and why. Robin had the idea of tracking her with her communicator, and his readings showed that she was in the infirmary. "Star..." He got it together and said to the others, "I've got her. Head for the infirmary." And the rest all rushed to her aid, only to find their leader standing beside a bed.
"Hey, man. Where's Starfire?" the machine teen asked.
"Yeah. You said, 'come to the infirmary.' And here we are, dude." Robin grimly held up her communicator, saying that he found it under the blanket. So Rachel repeated Cyborg's question with a bit more concern than before.
"Where's Starfire?" Robin just glared at them in disbelief; he doesn't know what happened, but he worried that she may need their help...
