Teleport away quickly

You take a step back and almost fall over. You're losing a lot of blood and you're feeling extremely light-headed. Realizing that you're going to be in big trouble if you don't do something, you quickly activate your magic ring and teleport to back to the den of the mansion. Melanie is the only person there and she's reading a magazine. You deactivate your invisibility ring and you hear Melanie screaming for help as you collapse to the floor.

"John! John!" Melanie calls your name as she slaps your face gently, trying to keep you awake, but your eyes close and you can't muster the strength to speak or move.

"Elena! Olivia! Help! He's bleeding!" Melanie screams.

As you start to drift off, you wonder what would happen to you if you died just then. Would the mind control on the people you had used it on still be in effect? Would the girls take the rings off your corpse and separate them? Who would get what ring?

Then, you lose consciousness.
