Yes, Sarah takes a handful of Growth X, and all hell breaks lose

Her bloated belly, pumped full of "Growth X" tainted sperm. Her swollen breasts. Dizziness. Difficulties to hold her balance. And that damn headache. Sarah just wanted it to go away, she was in no state to read or check what kind of pills she was about to take. She didn't think that it could be anything else but painkillers. Sarah reached for them, managed to open the bottle, and with erratic motions she purred some pills into her free hand. She didn't know how many. All she knew was that she needed something, anything, to get rid of the headache that was killing her.

And that's when she took them. Several pills of "Growth X". As soon as Sarah had swallowed them, the pills reacted with the gallons of tainted sperm in her stomach. It didn't even take one second before Sarah cried out in pain, toppled over and fell to her knees. Her body started to shake violently, as the pain intensified further, making her numb to any other feelings, unable to process any other input. Unable to think. She just continued to cry and yell. She neither knew nor understood what was happening to her.

Neither did Adam who got woken by the sounds of his sister's agony. He sat up in his bed and looked dumbfounded, as his sister writhed and curled up. And then she stopped. She stopped crying. Her body no longer shook. All Adam could see was his sister, on her knees, and her back, as she was hunched and curled up. He could still hear her, she was sobbing.

"Sarah?" Adam asked timidly, unsure of what just had transpired.

No reaction.

"Sarah? Are you okay?" He asked again. But his sister didn't answer. Adam slowly stood up from the bed, and took a step towards the scene. And then he saw it. The open bottle lying next to his sister, pills lying scattered all around on the ground. And he could guess what had happened.

"Sarah? Oh my god, did you take the 'Growth X'?" Adam asked with an elevated and worried voice.

But he didn't get an answer, as Sarah's body started to shake again. Not as violently as before, but only lightly. And instead of yells of pain, that Adam half expected, he heard something else. Whimpering. Sighs. Moans? Sounds of pleasure?
