An infested view.

As Eve an Ai kept moving through the tunnel, they saw....light. They saw day light as they kept moving forward, and started running towards it as the found themselves on a very high plateau high up on the Tower, and they were able to look down from this position and see the whole city, see building far off in the distance.

"...That's...a beautiful view." Eve said, as she stared off the cliff face.

Ai looks at the path forward and sees, it's an open field. It's an open field on top of the tower for about 330 feet long, and on the other end of this open field is another Tunnel. The path forward, presumably.

That...wasn't the problem here.

The field was swarming with Towerlings.

Lupicks, Spiderlings Scouts, Spiderling Lords, Writhing Masses, Tentacle Raptors, Gels, Burrowers, and plenty of other species they didn't notice in the crowded field.

They were just running rampant across this field, covering it, like watching a swarm of ants covering the ground.

"There...has to be at least a couple hundred Towerlings out here." Eve says looking over it all. "And....there's no way in hell we can sneak across."

Eve looks over the cliff side again. "....Maybe we could...try and climb down the Tower."

"The Tower Walls are alive and breathing, it would snatch us up before we could make any real headway."

"Then...what the hell can we do?" Eve asks, frustration in her voice.
