You're a burglar aren't you

Of course you would go out on the town, you weren’t going to fill your bank account sitting at home. Gathering up your supplies you smiled at your mask. Your friends may have called you gay but you were still glad you learned to sew. The mask was distinct while still being a black mask, greys accentuate your eyes… maybe your friends were right.

You thought for a moment about the breakdown of the town. It goes without saying that you scoped out every place you passed. The town could be roughly divided into the east side and the west side. Most people called the east side of town The Garden while the west caught the simple name West Egg. The Garden was the really wealthy side of town. Socialites lived in their large mansion hosting extravagant parties in the Garden. West Egg, had some money going through it sure but it wasn’t anything like The Garden. Most everyone was doing fine for themselves but there were some clear sections of West Egg where people struggled to make ends meet. You still had a few minutes to think that over while you make sure all your tools will serve you well.

With everything packed up you changed your clothes. Picking out some nice dark pants and a black jacket to go over your dark grey shirt you looked over yourself in the mirror. You ran your hand over your shirt to work out the wrinkles and shuttered when you reached your ribs. They never quite healed right considering you couldn’t go to a doctor. It was obvious what would happen if you showed up with a gunshot wound immediately after a burglar is shot. But that didn’t matter, Eden was a new place and you would absolutely not make another misstep like you did before.

You changed a lot since then. Working out everyday, practicing your lockpicking, mastering tieing a rope. Everything a good burglar would know how/be able, to do. You’d be the best burglar for sure.

Arrogance was never helpful though, you hadn’t worked for a couple months. Maybe it would be best if you started in the West Egg.
