Go to rehearsals

"Fuck that, I have rehearsals to go to," you say.

"Rehearsals? Uh, gay. Whatever, fuck it, enjoy your shitty rehearsals," Ben says, heading off.

With that, you too turn direction and quickly head off to theater. You push open it's double doors, walking in to find most of the other actors waiting about there.

"Hey, everyone," you say walking in.

"Oh, there you are, Aladdin," Caoimhe says, handing you a script. "We're running through lines, head up on the stage."

"Hey, Katie, hey Gali," you say.

"Hey, Jack," Katie says. "So, question: you and Caoimhe are dating now, right?"

"No, we're just friends," you reply. "Why?"

"Oh," Katie says, surprised. "Uh... OK. So, I guess let's get to running lines."

"Does Babu even have lines?" you ask.

"It's Abu, and no."

"So, in the kindest way I can ask, why are you here?"

Katie opens her mouth to say something, before pausing and shrugging.

"Uh, I don't know. Caoimhe told me to be here, I guess," Katie replies.

"Come on, can we act like professionals and try to do this!" Gali complains loudly.

You quickly scan the lines, noticing there's a brief kiss at the end between Aladdin and Jasmine. As if reading your mind, Gali stops you.

"We're not kissing. Just... I don't know, get your mouth a few inches in front of mine and make a kissing noise, if you have to."

"Sure thing," you say.

"OK, on your go, Jack," Caoimhe says.

"Oh, you found her! Thank goodness!" you say.

"You know this woman?" Caoimhe reads, probably for some bit part the actor didn't bother coming in to practice

"Yes, she's my sister. Forgive her, she's a little nuts."

"She said she knows the Sultan!" Caoimhe reads.

"She thinks the monkey's the sultan!"

On cue, Katie strikes a pose, standing up straight with one hand in the air as if commanding some invisible army. You hear Gali mutter something under her breath, most likely a curse at your unprofessionalism, knowing her, and she drops to her knees as if worshiping Katie.

"Praise, glorious Sultan!" she says.

"Thank you kindly for finding her, good sir! I promise to take better care of her. Come on, sis, off to the doctors," you say.

"And... next line," Caoimhe says.

"I'm so sorry about that. Thank you for saving me," Gali says, looking at you with her eyes wide.

While she's definitely a bitch, it's unquestionable that's she very attractive. If you didn't know her, going by the half-apologetic, half-grateful expression on her face you'd think she was a sweetheart.

"Not a problem," you smile, tipping an imaginary fez.

"Please, you must let me repay you," Gali says.

"I can imagine a few ways you could do that," you smile.

Gali leans forward, her face about an inch away from yours, making a fake kissing noise. You have a quick thought just to go for it and steal a kiss. After all, you're playing a thief, aren't you?
