Another mansion

You teleport the three of you back to Alexandra's house. The genie follows automatically and probably could have done it for all of you. You send Nasim away to the guestroom, while Alexandra tells you her idea. Given the massive beach party orgy she had just put together, you're not surprised when she suggests taking over the Playboy mansion. After all, it had already been sold once and you could just evict the old man living there. You're not sure how the Playboy mansion operates, but Alexandra assures you that she'll run it smoothly with plenty of hot women stopping by and hanging out all the time.

Of course, you agree to her idea, and the next day you go about accomplishing it with your magic rings and the help of the genie. Using mind control, you easily convince Hugh Hefner to leave the mansion and spend his remaining fortune on an island in the Caribbean. After that, it's an easy task to acquire the mansion in your name and you have the genie conjure up a giant sign that says "Ringer Mansion," and even have one placed on the highway so that everyone knows where the world's only superhero lives.

You're wary of the encounter with Nasim and her attempt to steal your rings, so one of the first things you do is consult with her on setting up some kind of defense system. It turns out you can have the genie alert you about the presence of any magic or magical items if they are within 10 miles of you. However, there's no foolproof way to guard against all sorts of magic, as Nasim explains, as there are so many different artifacts and powers. You designate one of the rooms in the mansion as Nasim's room and order her to start compiling a list, so that you can go after those items.

Meanwhile, as you walk around your newly acquired mansion, you realize that it's very quiet and empty. Without Hefner, none of the playboy bunnies are here too. You're sure that will change soon as you see Alexandra running around trying to make things nice with the help of the genie. She's also hired a cadre of female staff for the mansion, though she tells you that she'd prefer you not to touch the help and let them do their jobs.

"But, they're so hot!" you whine.

"It's for appearances. No, otherwise nothing will get done here. It's for your own good so that you have everything," Alexandra says sternly.

"Well, I'm horny and I haven't had sex in almost a day," you wink at her.

"Aw, sorry baby," Alexandra kisses you, before pushing you away. "I gotta get this place ready so that it'll be worthy of your stature. Give me a few hours? Or you can go find someone. Blake maybe? Or someone random. Just not the staff!"

Alexandra runs off to talk to one of the staff about garden fixtures before you can respond, and you're left standing there with a hard on.
