You beg

"Vince, please don't do this. I can do whatever you want, and I'll give up most of my food to the scavengers. I'll make sure we are always meeting their price."

You're crying at this point, hoping and praying that Vince has an ounce of humanity left in him.

"On your fucking knees, bitch!" You do as you're told, realizing that Vince has already made up his mind. He roughly grabs your arms and pulls them behind your back. You feel handcuffs clicking on your wrists. He grabs the handcuffs and pulls you to your feet.

"Let's go."

Vince pushes you through the street. You quietly sob to yourself as you think of the awful things the scavengers could do to you.
