Interrupted by the doorbell

Sarah had just put on some tight jeans shorts, by somehow squeezing all of her abundant meat inside, so that it clearly showed off her thick bulge, when she heard the doorbell ringing,

She quickly checked her watch, and it was already past 17:00h. Could it possibly already be the 'Evening Express' delivery of the "Growth-X" pills?
To cover up her breasts, Sarah grabbed the nearest top that she could reach. While putting it on she realized that she had already tried it on earlier, and that it wouldn't cover much.

As the bell rang again, and Sarah didn't want to miss the shipment, she didn't cover up her new assets any further, and hurried down the stairs towards the front door. However, passing the windows to the side of the door, she decided that it might be a good idea to look through the curtains first.
