An A-Ranked Jutsu

"The Rasengan, huh," says Asher.

Jiraiya nods and says, "Yes, it is an A-ranked technique. Only a handful of people in the world can do it correctly."

"Will you teach it to me?" he asks hopefully.

"No. You are not ready to learn it."

"If you can do it then so can I."

"Maybe, but I decide when I want to teach you and I don't want to right now."

"You will teach me the Rasengan," Asher growls, baring his fangs.

"You can't threaten me," he says, but Asher caught the glimmer of fear in his eyes.

"Then how about this. We stay in this town for another week and we have a competition. If I win you'll teach me the Rasengan."

"And what if I win?" Jiraiya smirks.

"For a week, I'll help you convince as many girls as you want, to have sex with you."

Jiraiya's face changes to his pervy stare as he drools and gropes the air.

"Okay," Jiraiya chuckles, it was obvious he was thinking about all of the girls Asher could get him, "What's the contest?"
