An unexpected visit!

Asher ran to the Hokage's office. He was wondering what Jiraiya could teach him. He may have been a huge perve, but he was still strong. After all, he was one of the Legendary Sannin. He arrived at the mansion quickly and waited for his new teacher.

Asher had been waiting for over two hours. A few people had past him during that time. One was a ninja, wearing a green jumpsuit with a jounin's flak jacket and orange leg warmers and his forehead protector was wrapped around his waist. He had black dome-shaped hair and very large eyebrows. Honestly, they look like a couple of caterpillars are resting on his head. When Asher saw this man, he had to **** himself not to laugh, but a small chuckle escapes.

"Excuse me," he says. Even his voice was stupid. So unnecessarily loud, "but what's so funny?"

"What?" asks Asher, still holding back a laughing fit.

"Well, I can see you're laughing. So what's the joke."

"N-no j...," he tried to say, but he suddenly burst out laughing, "You just look so stupid, hahahaha."

A vein throbs on the ninjas forehead and his face goes completely red.

"HOW DARE YOU INSULT ME. I AM MIGHT GUY KONOHA'S SUBLIME GREEN BEAST OF PREY!" he yells and strikes out at Asher. The laughter stops and Asher easily dodges the attack and grabs Guy by his flak jacket and tosses him across the courtyard and into the door of the mansion. His hand shoots up with a thumbs up sign and his body follows.

"Now that's the power of youth," he says before falling back. Asher cocks an eyebrow at the strange ninja. Suddenly he feels someone behind him.

"Well done," said a low mono-toned voice.

"Hey Kakashi," says Asher.

"Hi," he says, "Thanks for that, by the way, for shutting Guy up. He's been trying to challenge me for over an hour now. So, thank you, Asher."

"I must say, that's a nice sword."

"Thanks. It was a gift from my teammate."

"Ah yes," he says and smacks himself, "The Hokage told us not to talk to you about something, but I forgot what it was. I know what it's like to lose a teammate, let alone two. If you wanna talk about it I'll be around."

He stands silent for a few seconds just staring at Asher. It began to unnerve him, so he asks, "Are you going to see the Hokage?"

"Yes," he says with a smile. At least, he thinks it's a smile, "I've been put in charge of a team of genin and I'm here to get a mission. Why are you here?"

"I'm waiting on that old perv Jiraiya. He's taking me on as his student."

Kakashi's eyes widen at the mention of Jiraiya, "You are being trained by Lord Jiraiya," he says excitedly, "You mind if I wait here with you. I would love to get him to sign my book."

He whips out a book and holds it up to Asher's face. It was one of the books of the Makeout series.

"Sure," Asher says half-heartedly, "Just don't read out loud. I can barely stand being around Jiraiya when he perves out. I don't want to read the fruits of his "labour.""

Kakashi raises the book up close to his face, hiding what left there is to see. From what's visible, he could see a blush forming on his cheek.

For another hour, they waited for Jiraiya. Kakashi was still reading his book, but he could still here pervy chuckles coming from him. Asher was focusing his mind, trying to sense the mind of Jiraiya, but there was too much traffic. Suddenly, he heard a booming voice from behind him. Walking out of the Hokage's mansion was the perv himself.

"Ah Asher," he said with a large smile, "Have ya been waiting long?"

The moment he heard his voice, Kakashi bolted towards him. He skidded to a stop and bowed.

"Lord Jiraiya," he said with great respect, "It is a pleasure to meet you. I am Kakashi Hatake."

"The Copy Ninja, huh," says Jiraiya, "You have the Sharingan. Am I correct?"

"Yes sir," says Kakashi before holding out the book, "I was hoping I could get you to sign my copy of your book. I'm a huge fan."

"Of course. Anything for a fan." He takes the book and signs it. Kakashi takes it back and bows again before vanishing. Jiraiya walks over to Asher and asks, "You all set?"

Asher nods and turns around. They were about to take off, when they heard someone calling Asher. He saw the parents of Aria coming towards them from down a side-street. Aria's father was carrying a box. They stopped in front of Asher and held the box up to him.

"Aria wanted you to have this," says Aria's mother.

Asher takes the box. It's quite light. Knowing Aria's clan's ability, it was probably armoured clothing.
