Someone in front of the building

You walk to work after finishing your bagel and in front of the building is a familiar figure who waves when she sees you. It's Amber, the twin sister of the intern in the mayor's office.

"Hey!" Amber greets you with a hug and kiss on the cheek. You're not really sure how to react and she sees the look on your face.

"Thanks for leaving out Ash's name from the story. Now we're finally rid of that horrible man," Amber whispers as she holds your arm and leads you away from the building, wary that somebody might overhear her.

"Sure thing. Is she still going to work there?"

"Oh yeah. They fired the mayor's assistant after the story broke and promoted her to become the acting mayor's personal aide. Listen, I know you left out Ash's name because of our arrangement, but I'm still very grateful for that. Do you want to get dinner tonight?" Amber is smiling shyly as she holds your hand.
