Amy is a bit upset with Craig's wandering eyes

"I can't believe you, Craig!" exclaims an exasperated Amy. "All you need to do is wait the few minutes it takes for us to get to brunch. Just because John says it's okay for you to have Erica once we get there doesn't mean that you can stare at other women so obviously. And in front of me, too!"

"Sorry Amy," Craig sputters, raising his hands in a mollifying gesture. "I didn't mean to do anything, I just kind of spaced out for a bit there."

Amy shot Craig a withering look of disbelief. "This is so like you, Craig. Remember last week, when we had the Morrisons over? You could hardly help yourself from falling all over yourself with Jessica, now could you? It was embarrassing!"

Amy seems to be getting more upset by the minute, crossing the line from annoyed frustration into real anger. Apparently where Craig's attentions are directed is a bit of a sore spot for her. It's a bit surprising, seeing this side of Amy. It was rare that she would let her own insecurities and frustrations with her marriage out into the open in front of you, but the "revelation" of her secret crush on you must have meant that she feels a little less guarded about sharing these things when you were around. Or Craig's admittance of his crush on Erica may have pushed her frustrations a little too far, despite her willingness to obey your suggestions. Erica certainly seems uncomfortable in the situation, leaning against the car and watching with a slightly embarrassed expression.

"Amy, babe." Craig says. "You know it wasn't anything. I was just being friendly! I thought we talked about this that night."

Amy opens her mouth to retort, before you decide to step in.

"Now now, Amy", you say, gently gesturing with both of your hands. "There's no need to get so upset. Calm down."

"I know," Amy says, lowering her voice as your words immediately take effect. "It's just that...I know Craig has been faithful. I trust him, I do. Just ever since we've gotten married, I've been so insecure about it. I just keep hearing stories about marriages which ended up in infidelity. If you're with someone for years and years, I'm just afraid Craig might get too tempted somewhere down the line. We're in it for the long haul now, and being faithful to one another has always been extremely important to me."

You nod. Amy has always been a very straight-laced person in that regard. You're not sure if she's ever had a one-night stand, or sex with someone she wasn't in a committed relationship with. Monogamy was definitely one of her strongest held beliefs. With your power, you've made yourself the one exception, but her views and values seemed to be unchanged.

Amy sighs and gestures towards Erica. "Plus, I know Erica's stunningly pretty. She dresses well, and it's hard not to notice all the male attention that gets thrown her way. It's hard to keep a level head when you know that you don't outclass the competition. And now that I know Craig's been crushing on her..."

"Come on, Amy, that's not fair," interjects Craig. "You just told us how you've been crushing on John since the day you met him! And I know you've found other men attractive too. I'm not stupid. But I know that it's harmless and you don't mean anything by it."

"Yes, but I don't undress them with my eyes in public!" Amy snaps, a bit of her previous anger rising again. "Is it just your male sex drive, or something special about liking women? I guess I'll never truly be able to understand either." Amy bites the last sentence, obviously still a bit upset, even if calmer.

You smile, as a wicked idea forms in your mind.
