Goes to plan

Julia does as you had discussed and sits at the round table by herself after putting up an invisible vacuum around herself that is void of any oxygen. You found a corner where there are some old file cabinets and you hide behind them. You can peer between two of them just enough to see Julia.

With the trap set, you wait and play a game on your phone. You had exchanged numbers with Julia before going into hiding, so she texts you from time to time to check in. An hour goes by without any sign of Changer.

Your phone buzzes and it's another text from Julia: "R U sure she's coming? :-/"

You're typing a response when you hear the door open. You don't move, waiting for something to happen.

"Julia, what are you doing here?" It's Windstress' voice. You can't see her yet but you can hear her footsteps getting closer. Finally, she comes into view and you can see Windstress. She's not wearing the same clothes as she was earlier. This has to be Changer.

Julia is standing up and backing away. "Don't come any closer! I know who you are," she says. You can hear the fear in her voice and you stop time.

Coming out from your hiding place, you approach Windstress/Changer. She looks exactly like Windstress, but when you look at her hands, you can see that she's wearing 6 rings. You did the math in your head and it adds up. She must have gotten to Flight and Lightning, which is why it took her a while to get here. You take off all her rings and put them in your pocket, unsure of which had what power.

After that, you walk over to Julia and restart time. Instantly, Changer's magical power wears off and she starts to transform before your eyes from Windstress into a young woman. This is Gina Tremble, Windstress' niece. She's about average height with black bangs and dressed in all black. Her fingernails and lips are also painted black. She looks at her hands shocked, seeing that the rings are gone.

"You!" Gina points a finger at you accusingly. "Give me back my rings!"

Julia looks at you then back at Gina and smiles. "What should we do with her?" she asks.

"She's murdered at least 5 people. We can't just let her go," you say as you consider your options. You hadn't thought this far.

"Agreed. Maybe we can wipe her mind. Can you do that?" Julia suggests. You can see Gina is torn between rushing at you and running away. Either way, there wasn't much she could do without any magic rings.

You grab Julia's hand and stop time again. Then you approach Gina and search her for any valuables. You find some cash, a credit card, and her ID tucked in the back pocket of her black jeans. You toss them aside, activate the mind control ring and whisper into her ear, "You will forget who you are and everything you've done. In fact, you'll forget how to even speak and have to learn from the beginning."

Then, you look at Julia. "I'm thinking we leave her somewhere. Any ideas?"

"Hmm..." Julia rubs her chin. "Antarctica seems too cruel. She'll die. How about India? That's far away."

"That should work. Be right back," you say and you place a hand on Gina's shoulder. You activate the teleportation ring and think about the Taj Mahal. It's the only place you can imagine in India and it works. You leave Gina standing right there in front of the monument, teleport back and restart time.

"Done," you say and Julia claps excitably.

"What about the rings? Don't forget, you promised me the shapeshifting ring," Julia says with an outstretched hand.
