A very scientific explanation

"Look I don't know anything ok? I don't know how you got here, or anything. You were the team comp my friends and I picked out before that freak storm last night. But that's the only thing even remotely related that I can think of." I explain.

"What do you mean team comp? Like some kinda game?" DVa asked quickly.

"Yeah, I was playing Overwatch" I replied before realising the whole reality crisis would set in very shortly, I added "but that's not important, we have bigger things to think about"

"Yes, the young man is correct, we have to figure out how we're going to return home" Symmetra stated matter of factly.

"You said something about a storm? There was a storm in Numbani too, I wonder if they're related in some way" Mei added chewing her nail.

"Indeed they might be! Everyone did die at once, although maybe that was just a very powerful attack, maybe a **** blossom? But we all turned bright yellow like when I resurrect you all" Mercy added.

"It was no **** blossom, the attack came from the sky, like a bolt of lightning" Widowmaker mumbled.

"There was a really big bolt of lightning here too. Maybe that's what brought you here?" I wondered out loud.

"So maybe a similarly big bolt of lightning will send us back? That's how things tend to work in games" DVa said as she flicked me a disgusted glance.

"Agreed, that would be course of action to remedy our prognosis" Mercy nodded.

"Well I guess we'll be staying with you Matt! If that's ok? Of course we'll do whatever you ask, it's the least we can do for letting us stay with you" Tracer ended the conversation.
