Practice sessions.

Katja landed hard against the wall of the stable, Emerald who had just kicked her there landed at her feet and rolled along the ground before getting back up on her feet unsteadally because her arms were behind her back with the wrists bound togheter by rope.

It had been five days since you found Emerald and you were preparing for  the trip into town, hence the current practice.

Katja slid down the wall "Dammit Em." she said wincing. "Sorry kat." Emerald said while turning to face nevi who was charging towards her, seeing that Nevi was also distraced by Katja's situation she ducked under that charge then quickly stood up swinging her bound arms into Nevi's back with enough **** to send her sprawling to the ground with a grunt.

When the four of you had discussed how you were going to do the "Elven ****" act, Emerald was very vocal about how she was going to paly the part.

"I want them to know that elves arn't submissive." she said intensly, fire in her eyes. "I'm not submissive, i'm going to show that I'm not broken, I'll kick, hit and bite anyone i can and that has to include you guys."

While Emerald was positioning her self to deal with Nevi you moved around to her side so while her arm was still in motion after stiking Nevi, you grabbed her by the wrist and elbows and started to fling her towards the wall. She had different ideals.

 One of the ideals that came about was that Emerald would escape her bonds and attack you and that you would have to subdue her. "any towns peolpe i can hit in the process all the better to show that i'm also not weak." you voiced a concern you all had "But what if one of those people decides to run you through with a sword or split your skull open with a hammer?" shrugging she said "then you'll have to make sure your the one who catches me." then seriousally "It'll show that i'd rather die than be thier ****."

As you started to whirl Emerald to the wall she used the motion to kick both her legs up into yours sending you both to the ground with you on top of her but she still wasn't quite ready to submit as she flung the back of her head into your face. there was then a brief struggle as you finally manage to fully pin her down.

afher a few seconds of her lying still you get up kneeling over her legs and gently swat her ass. "i think thats enough for the time being." you say as you get up, reaching down to steady her by her arms as she first gets to her knees the stands fully up. "Yes" she agrees smiling "Now get me untied and i can fix some of the damage i've caused."Looking at Katja and Nevi who were nursing the spots where they'd been hit and also sporting several cuts and bruises from the previous two session.You suspected that you were in a similar state. Emerald for her part hada few cuts as well and more than her fair share of bruises, despite her Spirit and Evident fighting skills her body was very delicate in that regard eventhough she ignored them up till this point.

"Do you know the meaning of the word practice, Em?" Katja asked as she and Nevi came over Supporting one another." "Sorry you two." she said with an apologetic twitch of her lips as you undid the ropes securing her arms, them rubbing her wrist continued "I was taught  and trained that while fighting in any circumstance to never hold back. I can't easily go against that ingrained lesson." You thought that that made sense, she might have little experiance in actual combat but her training for it was probably longer than Katja,Nevi and your lifespans put togther.

"if you give me a minute i'll fix all you right up, so if you would all stand togther"

As you did so she crossed her arms at the wrist in front of her and held her fingers in a sign. She then closed her eyes and lifted her head as if looking at the sky and them began a low rythmic chant that she quickly increased in both volume and tempo. As she did so your Whole body seemed suddenly warm and as she continued you noticed that the tattoos on her breast and stomach were glowing green through the fabric of her white shirt. You figured those further down were doing the same. Suddenly a bright flash of green light seemed to cover you from toe to head and just as suddenly vanised.

"there, i think you'll find your self in the same condition as when we started this." Emerald stated wih a grin. As you and the others went over your bodies you saw that it was more than true, not only had all the pain and physical injuries from the practice been healed, so to were several older wounds gone from your body.

Nevi was the first to speak of that fact as she held her shirt up in line with her breasts, looking at the right side of her midriff "You did more than that, i've had a scar here for years and it's now gone.

Beaming Emerald quicky bowed saying. "Just a little gift of thanks for you all being so kind to me." "Now if you excuse me i'm going to heal myself and it take a lot more energy and concentration." you all started to leave, you the last out the door when she spoke again "Phelan, do you mind staying? i might need your help afterwards?" "Not at all you reponded" walking back to her.

"So that was magic?" you asked as she started to pull her shirt over her head "Yes" she responded "It was one of my general healing spells, relatively easy to master the incantation and channeling the energies and life foces required of it." she then starts to undo her pants continuing. "This one will be a lot hard primarily because i'm channeling those forces into me instead of other." then as she strips of her panties "Ironic,no?"

"So thats what these do?" you say touching the tattoos on her breast, their hot to the touch. "Channels that energy?" "Yes" she confirms sitting down crosslegged, you follow suit across from her. "I use them them to channel a miniscule amount of magical and life energy from all of the plants and animals around us, but because i'm now going to use it on myself instead of others its going to temperarly make me very weak and tired.Thats why i wanted you to stay, that you could take care of me afterwards."

"I'd be happy to." you said smiling at her "Good" she said smiling back at you."I'm going to begin now."

She begins in much the same way as before, but you pick up on subtle variations in the chant, her tattoos glowed much brighter and for a long period of time and the green light enveloped her for several seconds.

When she had conclude she collapsed exhausted, Her body once again perfect, no longer marred by any cuts or bruise.When you went to her you found that she was still awake although it looked as if she would fall asleep any second, so you gently helped her get dreesed and carried her back to the manor.
