Gary smiled. "If it's you asking? I'm sure Bernie would love to come, and I'd love to bring her. This is your cousin Roxy who was in the news last week?" Gary said, grinning.

"Oh, man," Mark said. "I'll let her explain that one. But yeah. We're having a party, getting together and hanging out. Sometimes Roxy sets up some little theme thing, brings in one of her friends. Karaoke jockey once, another time a band one of her old girlfriends sings in. One time she brought in like ten piñatas she picked up cheap, filled up with I don't know what-all." Mark smiled. "But sometimes it's just chill. So what about Lil?"

"You want to just ask her?" Gary said.

"Your sis is kinda jumpy, man. I don't want her to think I'm kinda trying to big talk her into anything," Mark said.

"Let's go ask her together," Gary said. "I mean, I know she likes to go back to Mom and Dad's and crash out with her headphones on all weekend, but it'd be nice to get her out a little."

"Yeah, how's that working out?" Mark asked. "You and your girl plus your sister in that funky apartment Jim has over the storage building?"

Gary laughed. "Yeah, it is funky. But we're getting along."

"Me and my sister, it'd be cats and dogs," Mark said.

"Not me and my sister," Gary said. "Let's go find Lil."
