The kahuna arrives

After arriving back in Iki Town with the mysterious girl, you see Professor Kukui wave to you and shouting, "Hey, [insert player name here]! Looks like you missed the kahuna, yeah? But you found my assistant, oh yeah!"

You and the girl walk towards Kukui and Kukui introduces you to her, "Looks like you guys already met, but just in case, this is my assistant." She quickly introduces herself to you. "Ohh...yes, sorry. You can call me Lillie."

"He just moved to Alola!" says Kukui, "Take good care of him!"

"I didn't know you were one of the professor's acquaitances..." says Lillie, "Nice to meet you..."

Before she can talk more about herself, a man yells, "The kahuna is back! Kahuna Hala has returned! Our guardian's chosen one is back!"

You notice a big masculine old man wearing a yellow Hawaiian shirt and shorts coming towards you, Lillie and Kukui. "Have I missed something?" he asks.

"Naw," replies Kukui, "but where did go, Kahuna? I thought we were meeting here."

"There was a problem elsewhere on the island," replies Hala, "Whenever there is a problem on the island, it is my duty to resolve it. Did you say something, Lillie? For some reason, I saw Tapu Koko flying about..."

Lillie nods. "Yes, Kahuna Hala, Nebby was being attacked by Spearow on Plank Bridge when this boy helped it get away... but the bridge collapsed, and I thought both them would fall to the bottom of the ravine, and that was when the island's guardian deity swooped in to save them!"

Kukui smiles. "Whoa, that's something you don't hear every day!"

Hala smiles as well. "Ho! Usually Tapu Koko is a rather fickle creature, even though it is said to protect us. Yet our guardian was moved to save you. Kukui, my boy, I think we should celebrate! I should entrust this brave and kind young man with a Pokemon of his own. He's going to be a fine Trainer!"

Hala motions you to come forward. You do, and he greets you. "I'm glad to meet you. I am Hala, the kahuna of Melemele Island. Welcome to Alola! Young Kukui told me of your coming. I'm glad we got the chance to meet today."

He takes out three Pokeballs. "Come, my Pokemon! Let's have a look at you!" He tosses all three of them, and three different Pokemon pop out of them.

Hala introduces all three of them. "First is the Grass Owl Pokemon, Rowlet! Next is the Fire Cat Pokemon, Litten! And last is the Water Seal Pokemon, Popplio!"

He turns to you. "Which Pokemon will you choose as your partner?"
