A skeleton

Behind the door you find a circular room, with a radius of about 2 meters. In the center of the room is a lone skeleton holding a rusty sword in one hand and a small, rusty shield in the other. He looks at you when you enter, but does not move to attack you. Behind the skeleton you can see a pair of wooden doors.

I could just go around the skeleton... but if I can't deal with this sort of opponent, why am I even here? Then again, such an obviously weak opponent could be a trap of some sort... Decisions, decisions...
