Top of a building

You teleport to the top of the New York Tribune building. It's one of the taller buildings in the heart of the city, with its surrounding buildings all shorter, so you don't need to worry about anyone seeing you. It's getting late in the day, and you decide to wait for the sun to set, playing a game on your phone to pass the time.

When dusk arrives, you teleport from the top of the building to another that you can see, stopping to survey the city for crime. You keep repeating this until you find incidents to intervene in. Using a combination of magic rings, you easily stop another snatcher, a convenience store robbery, and some thugs beating up a teenager. Each time you find something nearby to restraint the criminals, and use a sharpie to draw your calling card. It's not very efficient, even though you always freeze time to leave your symbol, and you resolve to find something easier the next time you go on patrol. Even Batman didn't get it right the first time.

On top the roof of a warehouse near the outskirts of town where a rave is going on, you look at your phone and realize you've spent almost the entire night out being a vigilante. It's 4am and you haven't encountered any wrongdoers in a while. Just as you're about to call it a night and go home, you hear a distant cry for help. You can't see where it came from, so you freeze time and teleport to the ground to locate the victim.

After searching for a while, you find a very secluded alley where you can barely make out three figures. The alley is poorly lit by a dim street lamp at the end, and you had almost missed it. Approaching the figures, you see two men frozen in place, in the process of assaulting a tall, skinny young woman.

Her facial features are distinct with high cheekbones and pouty lips, and her silky silver-blonde hair falls all the way down to her waist. She's beautiful enough to be a supermodel. Like one of those Victoria Secret's angels. She's wearing a shiny silver mini-dress and red 3-inch heels. Well, she wasn't really wearing the dress anymore. The men had sort of torn it apart from each side, and it barely clang to her body by a tiny strip of cloth. Her white lace panties are visible, and you can tell she's not wearing a bra to support her firm breasts. You're certain that the dress would come off once you restart time.

On the ground is a red clutch that she's dropped in the struggle. You pick it up and look for her ID. Elena Zlunic, 21, Ukrainian, 6'2". The men have frozen laughs on their faces. You activate the teleportation and the super strength magic rings. Putting a hand on each man, you teleport them with you to the front of a nearby police station you had seen a few blocks away. You borrow a couple of handcuffs from some officers walking out of the station and secure the criminals to each other. After you draw the circles on one of them, you punch both of the thugs in the face, knowing that their noses and jaws are going to break once time starts again.

Satisfied, you teleport back to the woman. You're about to restart time, but looking at this stunning, almost naked creature gives you pause.
