You ring the bell of 2D and wait. After a minute you ring again, but no one seems at home. You continue up to the third floor; checking your watch, you see that it is 1 PM. You check the tenant list, and, on the third floor, 3A is being painted to prepare for new tenants, 3B is listed as G. Colson, 3C is vacant, and 3D is listed as Mark and Karen Gould.
