Ed goes to the gym where he meets his moms MILF friend Cory

Ed decided to hit the gym to work off some of the newly built up testosterone, it was a short bus ride to where his mom worked since as the son of an employee he had a free membership there. His mom's friend Cory was working at reception when he arrived and greeted him warmly with a smile. Cory stepped out from reception and gave Ed a long hug even though she was slightly shorter than him yet Ed could feel the impressive strength in her arms.

Cory stepped away and touched his cheek "I still can't believe what a handsome man you've grown into. So like your father it's uncanny."

Ed rolled his eyes "you always say that."

"Doesn't make it any less true" Cory replied. "Now, why are you here, your mom doesn't have a class until this evening."

"I know, I just wanted to use the gym and shake off some cobwebs after my trip" Ed answered. "But, eeeerh, I got locked out and don't have my stuff with me, can I use some of the clean lost and found items?"

"Sure thing sweetie, I'm just glad you're here, I thought I'd have to twist your arm to come to a gym" Cory replied as she called another member of staff over to cover reception as she took him into the gym office. They laughed at some of the items that had enough left as she rooted through the box until a suitable t-shirt and shorts were found."We could always have that one on one session I mentioned yesterday, I know I offered to do it at home but since you're here studio 1 is free. It would be good to test the results of the programme I gave you before you left."

"I tried but there were an awful lot of distractions while I was away" Ed confessed.
Cory placed a hand on his chest "I'm sure a young handsome virile man like you who went out looking for adventure had no end of distractions."

Ed blushed as the memory of a couple of girls flashed through his mind.

Cory sighed "you can tell me the details later, go and get changed then meet me in studio 1."
Ed did as ordered and was soon changed into mismatched clothes, with the t-the shirt too tight and the shorts slightly too big. Then as instructed he entered the gym but was brought to a halt by the sight before him. Cory was facing away from him towards a wall length mirror, she was in the downward dog position which meant that she was bent over touching the floor with her ass in the air, in a smooth motion she moved down so she was lying on her front and then raised her abdomen back up into air in the cobra position with her weight now on her arms and stretching her chest towards the ceiling. The sight was intoxicating and Ed watched as she held the pose on her thin yet muscled arms, after an impressive couple of minutes she relaxed and lowered herself back down to the floor.

Ed chose that moment to step into the studio as Cory's reflection grinned at him in the mirror.
"Ok, close the door and let's get started" see ordered enthusiastically as she sprung back onto her feet.

Cory took him through a basic warm up of on the spot sprints, burpees, star jumps, the plank, sit ups and lunges after which he was pretty tired and sweaty.

"What's the matter? Did you sit on your ass eating chips for a year?" Cory taunted.

"No ma'am" answered Ed as he tried to get his breath back.

"I thought you'd be fitter" Cory commented sounding disappointed.

"It's the t-shirt, it's too tight" Ed replied sardonically.

"Some excuse, but easily fixed" Cory stated.

"Very funny" Ed answered.

"Well, put up or shut up" demanded the older blonde.

"Sure thing, if you insist but you have to join me" Ed teased, feeling slightly light headed from his exertions.

"You grew some balls on your trip then" Cory joked as she reached towards Eds crotch causing him to automatically flinch away much to Cory's delight. "Come on, top off, it's nothing I haven't seen a billion times before but I won't be taking my top off any time soon despite your dreams."

"How'd you know it was a dream of mine" asked Ed as he struggled to remove his too tight t-shirt.

"Just a guess" Cory answered as she cast an appraising eye over his exposed torso.
She then took the bare chested Ed through some kettlebell exercises and free weights, Ed was dismayed that she felt the need to critique his technique or posture each time and felt the needed to press against him as she corrected him.

After about half an hour she commented "You seem to be off centre, I can correct it with a quick massage if you like, it should only take a few minutes."

Ed agreed eagerly and lay on a yoga mat on the floor as instructed by Cory. She manipulated his arms at first and pulled at his legs before effectively rolling him into a ball where she pushed down on him. Eds mind was reeling as, the older blonde pressed her body down on him with her breasts pushing against his shoulder and her hands firmly on his ass.
