You wake up to three smiling faces

A morning quickie isn't going to happen, since you wake to three smiling faces almost jumping on top of you. "Daddy!" they all shout.

You smile at their enthusiam. "Good morning." you say softly as you sit up. You look around and see that Robert isn't in bed. Your boys probably know where he is though. "Where is your Papa?"

"Papa kitchen!" Oliver says, his brothers nodding in confirmation.

"Papa's in the kitchen." you repeat back, having heard that repeating sentences back to toddlers in the correct way would help them learn, "Okay. Why don't the three of you wait in the hallway for Daddy, okay?"

They nod and rush to do what you say. This gives you enough time to get on some underpants and pajama bottoms. You join them and gently lead them down the stairs one at a time. By the time you get Maxwell down the stairs, Oliver and Vincent are in the kitchen at the little kiddie table, enjoying breakfast.

You put Maxwell in his seat and Robert brings over a plate of food for him. You smile at him and kiss his cheek. "You could have woken me up love. I could've made breakfast." you say.

Robert smiles at you. "I wanted to do it this morning. You do it all the time and I wanted to spoil you this morning." he says.

Another smile graces your face and you kiss him. "Thank you love." you say before taking a seat.

He places a large plate of food in front of you and you smile knowingly at him. This is his way of making sure you're healthy enough for another baby, even though you doubt you'll get pregnant as quickly this time around. He joins you a moment later and you enjoy your breakfast, even though you have to pause ever now and again to make sure the boys eat their food and don't smash it into each other's hair.
