Not Right Now. Later Maybe

As you both come down from your high, you can feel Robert softening. You whimper slightly, not wanting him to come out, but it's unavoidable.

When he does slip out, you don't feel a single drop leaving you. You sigh in relief at that. Part of you had been afraid that it would come out, though it has never happened.

Robert carefully moves the two of you into a position where you can see him, but also gives you protection in case your sons come running in.

"So beautiful." he whispers softly, gently carrassing your face. You blush, still not used to his compliments even after being with him for years. "Beautiful, humble, and a great mother to our children. Perfection."

You blush harder and chuckle lightly. "I have my faults darling. Plus, you are just as wonderful. Handsome, strong, patient with the boys... You're amazing."

"Your faults play into your perfection." Robert says, placing a small kiss upon your forehead, "One day I will convince you of your perfection."

You shake your head. "You are a lovesick sap, you know?" you say, smiling affectionately at him, "One of the many reasons I began to fall in love with you."

Robert smiles and kisses you gently once again. "Get some rest love. If we get up early enough, we may have time for a quick round before the boys wake up."

You listen and curl up against his chest, perfectly content with where you were and how your life has played out so far.
