Bureaucracy of the courts.

Entering in the vast chamber it remembered a cathedral which had been carved into the bowels of a even larger tree, the lofty heights with sturdy beams of wood arching above our heads, and hanging moss illuminating the room in organic chandeliers, halls are carved from the wood expanding outward the four corners into more cavernous rooms well lit by tall windows. But it was the center dias which you had entered upon which drew your attention most.

Walking forward into a circle of 21 raised stands, all of which were occupied by ancient looking elves who were swathed in branches of the tree which you assumed had grown over them linking them to the tree itself you assumed while they spent their time smoking from a blue leaflet substance while they blew puffs of it into the air between murmers. Between each dias was a tier of benches for an audience who was mostly absent at this time, the only members of the audience in this smokey room was elves who seemed to be writing down the words which were being discussed. And strangely it was not these elders who held the biggest discussion, in the center of the room nearest the circular pit, was three raised seats one bigger than the other two flanking it's two sides, which sat a male and two females to his right. It was currently the female to the furthest right speaking, her clear voice echoing throughout the room and speaking for the 21 elders present.

She was introducing high warden as you walked in, listing off the man's titles and going into a brief story about how he found you at the gates. Obviously it's more in his favor than yours, and you sens that those listening act as the true authority of the elven city. The speaker herself however caught your eye, a smooth Asian elf with long hair and very large breasts, after her speech she turns her attention to you and with a bat of her eyelashes she introduces herself as Ohana Mitsukechi 3rd speaker of the elder council. You assume she is of the lowest station in the proceedings since she kept looking to her left at the elf woman seated in the largest chair, and she kept her gaze on the elders reading from them. You are stunned for the most part, this is quite the culture, all around you are busty smoking hippies who love bondage and domination. So it's not much of a surprise that you deliver a very spotty defense in which you kinda just mumble out that you were around and helped Ivy out. To which the elders seemed to grumble disapprovingly.

The orator miss Mitsukechi then fixed you with a stern glare as she asked harder and harder questions, "did you willingly place your hands on an elve's owned property?" To which you reply with a Flabbergasted 'huh?' But she presses on even more sternly her dark brow knitting together in a easy you personally find cute on Asian women, as she asks a more obvious question, "did you willingly touch the owned Ivy?" You still didn't follow her logic really, of course you touched her, you had to save her. And you nodded your assent. But what she said next sent chills down your spine.

"Then by the order of the council and by the authority of the seven trees, we decree you John Caine to be guilty if misappropriate conduct with an elves property, and therefore theft of owned property, and negligence of Elven laws. The punishment for such acts is ****. The council will now decide the method of your execution.

The meeting had not went well at all yet, and it seems that you were about to meet your end, if such a thing was possible, just by misunderstanding some highly complex society. Gingerly you contemplating maybe that it's about time to turn things around and use your power, seems like following though without it would just lead to your **** right?
