The first person who jumps to mind seems a bit elusive. She seems in a similar situation to you, her husband enthralled by the maid, she herself suspicious, but still full of questions. She's posting and acting very cautious and reclusive, so it's not clear at all if she wants to link up with you at all, nor if she actually does have any more information than what she has shared so far. Or if she would be the type that is helpful at all in a situation like this. She calls herself "Sara", and you are very sure that this is a fake name, of course.

The second option suddenly opens as you stumble over a blog where a man writes elaborately about how the Happy Maid company is planting housemaids in houses all over the country to control the minds of people and turn them into brainless customers. Or worse. Strangely enough, he even has a chat function included on his website. That seems... odd. Especially because, as far as you know, this makes it easier to track him down. Doesn't it seem too dangerous when apparently there are people trying to cover this up and delete websites? On the other hand, he clearly seems to know what he's writing about and he apparently has quite a lot of information to share. He calls himself "Kyle".
