Two young and hungry Junior Managers.

The Junior Managers are at the bottom of the totem pole at the Academies. They're the new recruits, usually not yet twenty years old, who have yet to show their worth, given basic tasks like keeping order in the hallways or fucking the students at night in their dormitories or in the showers. Naturally, they also get all the crappiest jobs that require futas and can't be handed off to the female service staff, like watching the security feeds and guard duty. Most get accepted as Provisionary Class Managers within a year or two, though some are rotated to other stations if they are deemed unsuitable for the work at the Academy or show great promise in other areas.

You think a couple of fairly experienced Junior Managers will be exactly what you need to help you with intensity training. They'll look up to you and Teal, they'll have that young futa stamina, and if you all do well that might be enough to push them up to Provisionaries and that should buy you some long-term loyalty.

Office Academy 17 has five classes, A through E, nominally with forty girls in each. (Currently the total number of students is 192 as some have been sent to other Academies or been sent to Labor Reassignment, a fairly normal rate of attrition.) There are twenty teams of three Class Managers, each working one full shift for three days and then having one day off, with one team per class. At any given time there is also about two dozen Junior Class Managers who assist whatever team needs them the most when they're on duty.

You've worked with most of the more experienced Junior Managers, and after checking their service records you settle for two promising candidates, Lime and Maroon.

Lime has been her for about a year and should make Provisionary very soon. She's loyal, attentive, and she seems to be truly devoted to shaping the students into good servants of the Futarchy. She doesn't have Teal's eye for detail, but she's got a good rapport with most of the students. It probably helps that she's pretty short for a futa and has a slimmer build than most, making her more like the students in appearance.

When it comes to looks, Maroon is her direct opposite. She's 6'4" with a strong build, and where Lime has a short blonde braid she has a huge mane of unruly auburn curls. She looks imposing and she's more detached than Lime, but she's got a good eye for when a student needs adjustment. Her records show she's managed to bring around at least two who might have had to be reassigned if she hadn't noticed and corrected their unsuitable behavior.

What they have in common is that they're both committed to being Class Managers and they're eager to advance. Some Juniors are just here for the experience and move on once they make Provisionary, but these two expect to stay around for several more years and according to the notes in their files (at least the ones you can access) they should be up for promotion soon. Neither has been involved in intensity training before, but with their personalities and with you and Teal there to guide them that shouldn't be a problem.
