Step in and protect Katy from Brad

With Melissa away at the bar, Jen decides that now is a good time to make her all too common move on me. I don't avoid it instinctively this like I normally do. I think there may be a way I can use Jen to help save Katy from Brad. Jen is now pawing at my arm and saying something in her cloying voice about how happy she that I came out tonight. I'm not listening especially closely but instead I hope Katy remembers her promise to run interference as I make eye contact with her and slyly nod at Jen. At first she doesn't seem to understand that I want her help over here, but then she winks at me.

Just then Melissa returns with a round of drinks. "Drinks are here, you're all very welcome."

Katy jumps forward out of Brad's grasp. "Ladies I think what we need is another competition. We chug these beers loser, has to go back to bar and get another round of shots."

The ladies are drunk enough already to think that this sounds like a good idea. In moments they are all positioned what for the go signal to chug. Brad, excitedly eyeing all these **** ladies shouts, "GO!".

Katy with a speed that is really quite impressive downs her beer. She stumbles back into my arms and leans her head back and somewhat clumsily whispers into the side of my neck, "Jen has always been bad at this she's sure to lose." As she says this I see Jen hesitate and **** and cough a couple of times, unable to keep up the pace she needs to.

Soon all the others finish and a now obviously drunk Jen says, "Ohh Kay! You got me. Iwll go get more shots now." She turns and begins to stagger to the bar raising a hand above her head and yelling, "SHottss!!"

Katy quickly suggests, "Brad, you should probably go and help her." Brad shows to hesitation and eagerly follows after Jen, wrapping an arm around he midsection when he catches up to her. Any port in a storm for Brad.

Katy leans her head back again an whispers against my neck, "Now you're safe", and she give me a sloppy kiss on the side of my neck.

I'm glad Katy has saved me from Jen, and I think now might be good time to make my exit. I still have work to worry about tomorrow. "Ladies, I think now is when I say good night."

Melissa says, "Don't you want to wait for Brad and Jen to come back?"

"As tempting as that is, I don't think they're coming back" I nod toward the side exit where Brad and Jen are smashing faces as they begin an uncomfortable display of grab ass. Brad back through the exit pulling Jen with him.

"Oh, that was something I didn't need to see, but in that case I'm outta here too, " says Katy, and begins collecting her things.

Melissa suggests I walk them to their cars. I agree and with that Melissa slides next me and puts and arm around my waist. "You are such a gentleman, I knew there was a reason he hooked up." It's nice have Melissa on my arm again.

As I'm thinking this an arm wraps around me from the other side. "Ok, John lead the way," says Katy, and with that I walk these two lovely ladies out bar and onto the street. When we get outside we realize that Katy's car is a block down the street to the left and Melissa's is a block down the street to the right.
