The Andorian

I sat back on the bench in the locker room after the girls left. I felt tired, which I guess is strange for a hologram, but I had been through a few intensive encounters recently. I took advantage of the peace and quiet by trying to take a nap. I laid out my borrowed towel over the bench and stretched myself over the surface.

I wondered if I fell asleep, would that be the same thing as shutting off? I shut my eyes and attempted to sleep. Things didn't seem to shut off for me. I could still hear the dripping of the shower head. The warm, moist air still felt like a film over my skin.

I decided to give it more time. My mind wandered over the recent events and slowly my thoughts started drifting away. They wandered toward winter time. A chill ran down my spine, making me shiver awake. A sudden blast of freezing air swept me over!

I awoke suddenly on a snowy mountain top. Gusts of wind swirled loose the snowflakes, blinding my vision. I snapped at my towel which threatened to fly away. I thought I was dreaming for a moment, before realizing that this was a new holodeck program. I bundled the towel around me as tightly as I could as the cold air pierced through to my skin regardless.

I frantically looked around for some sort of escape from the elements. There was a cave opening in the distance. I raced inside as quick as I could.

Inside, the cave was much larger than in appeared. Admittedly, I couldn't see much in the blizzard. I seemed to be in an antechamber of some sort with a closed door barring the way inside. There appeared to be words written on the door, but I couldn't make it out.

"So..."

I turned around to see who was speaking and fell back. The woman towered over me. She was geared up in a winter jacket and pants with matching boots and gloves. Her face was a pale blue, with silver hair blowing in the wind. An Andorian, which I concluded would on her froaen home of Andoria. I held my breath as I could see the menace in her eyes.

"... You are to be my challenge."

There was a look of disdain on her face as she said this. I quickly tried to explain myself.

"I don't know what's going on here. I just got here and..."

The Andorian cut me off.

"Making excuses now! I must have put in the wrong instructions to get this meek coward for a match up," she sneered as she gave me the look over, making a final judgement. After sizing me up for a moment, she decided, "Still, it would be arrogant of me to not take you as a serious threat, you could have some surprises in you."

The blue skinned woman held up her arma in an aggressive stance. She hovered her upper body, ready to strike. The muscles under her outfit seemed to ripple. I shivered and tried to back away.

"You came unprepared, human. I think I'll do the same," the blue lady smirked. She relaxed her stance and unzipped her coat, pulling it off and dropping it to the ground. She eyed me with a playful malice as she continued to strip. Her boots and pants laid over her coat. Soon she was as naked as I was, tossing her underwear onto the pile. I had to admire her grace under the conditions, although I guess she would be accustomed to the wearher here. I continued to shiver.

The Andorian didn't dally once she was finished. She charged up to me for a lunge. I reflexively rolled away, much to her amusement.

"Haha! You're spry! That's good!"

I managed to evade a few more attempts at taking me to the ground, which **** the Andorian to change tactics. She thrust out a quick palm strike which I narrowly escaped. The next two grazed by my cheeks. I felt them burn and quickly darted in the opposite direction. As I turned, out of desperation, I threw up my towel to cover the Andorian's face.

With my opponent momentarily distracted, I raced to the doorway to try and get inside! The door flung open readily, but instead of me getting in, I was bowled over by something coming out!
