Chapter 188 by Twistinger

Does Ian tell her the truth?

He does, over coffee.

"It's complicated," I mumbled.

"No surprise there. Look, just grab a seat and wait for a minute, all right?"

I was in no position to refuse her command. In short order I was plonked down at a small table, and not long after Jessica was sitting opposite me. A foaming cup of coffee, cream and hazelnut wafted its lifegiving scent around us - a far cry from the black espressos I usual got on my shoestring budget.

"On the house," Jessica offered. I took a sip, and ended up gulping the lot like I hadn't had a drink of water in days. "Now tell me what's going on," she insisted.

I never went into too much depth about Amy and my other best friends with my college acquaintances - but after what I had been through, I was much more **** than I ever remembered feeling. I managed to cover the extent of who Amy was and what our relationship was like, albeit skipping over most of the saucy details of our escapades together. By the time I finished with the phone call from a fortnight back I felt Jessica's hand gently grazing over mine.

"Wow," she whispered after a long silence. Before I could say anything, she scooched over and gave me a tight hug, pressing her traffic stoppers right under my chin. "You two really had something amazing, didn't you?"

Had I not grown weary of crying, I might have teared up right then and there. Instead my cock decided to remind me of how I hadn't had any close contact with beautiful girls for months - painfully, at that. I choked my thanks for the coffee and hurriedly made my way back to dorm.

Now more re-energized than I had for over a week, I dove back into my studies - but an hour into my books, I ended up with another interruption, indicated by a few knocks on my door. It turned out to be Jessica, still dressed in her work uniform and with her hands shyly crossed behind her back.

"What's up?"

"You still doing okay? Actually, my roommate's gone home for the weekend, so I was kinda wondering if you wanted to come over to hang out and chill? I mean, I thought you could use the company and - " She sighed. "I-It's not a bad time, is it? I know we just had that talk, and you - I mean - oh, god, what am I saying? I'm blabbing, aren't I?"

It was hard not to crack a smile at how adorable she was.

Does Ian visit Jessica's room?
