Yes. She's got health problems

“Something happened, I really need you. I’ll see you in the parking lot.”

You grab both your bags and walk over to the parking lot. You can see Danielle standing next to her car.

“Hi,” you say as you drop your bags.

“Hey,” she replies.

Danielle has got her arms crossed over each other. You pull her in for a hug and kiss her forehead.

“What’s wrong?” you say as you break the kiss.

Danielle leans against you and starts to sob.

“I’ve got some problems with my health,” she whispers, unable to speak because of her emotions.

“Is it serious?” you ask, as you feel tears building up in your eyes.

“Let’s talk somewhere more private,” She says.

You put your bags in the car and sit down in the passenger seat. Danielle tries to talk about other stuff, to keep her from crying.

“How was school?” she asks.

“Boring,” you answer.

You can see that Danielle is now looking for another subject. She can barely contain her emotions.

“Sorry, I’m just worried about you right now,” you apologize.

“It’s fine.”

The rest of the drive is silent. When you arrive at her place, you drop your bags in the living room and walk over to Danielle. You hug her and walk with her to the couch. You both sit down, Danielle resting her head on your chest. She starts to cry.
