A text from Chet.

The next morning, Felicia awoke to her text alert, opening her eyes to see a bright beam of sunshine slanting across the floor. Blinking groggily as she reached for the phone, she saw a message from THAT DICK: “basketball courts. 1 PM. bring the tall one.”

Frowning, she texted back: “You have a plan? Anything I should know?”

A few moments later, Chet’s response greeted her. “just tell her u want to shoot hoops or play 1v1 or somethin.”

It bothered her not knowing what Chet was planning, but Felicia pushed that concern aside for now, picking out an outfit built around an athletic tank top and shorts that gave her good mobility but also hugged her hips tightly. She made her way to the bathroom, which was thankfully unoccupied, stripped off her pajamas, and hopped in the shower. Her skin felt wonderfully alive beneath her touch as she lathered herself up (paying particular attention to her butt as she finally washed away Chet’s markings), but she resisted the urge to pleasure herself, instead completing the shower, tossing on her clothes, and stepping down the stairs.

A quite bedraggled Beth was seated at the kitchen table, her head pressed to the tabletop with a mug of coffee in easy reach. Unable to help herself, Felicia wished her sister a good morning somewhat more loudly and cheerfully than may have been strictly necessary, earning a wince and an incoherently-groaned response as she continued on into the living room, where Lisa and Sarah were eating and half-watching the morning news.

“I see Beth has learned that someone buying all her **** doesn’t mean she has to drink all the ****,” Felicia said, loud enough to make sure Beth could hear. She had the start of a plan of her own formulating, but that could wait for now…

“You were out for quite a while last night,” Lisa observed, an unspoken question in her voice as she turned. “And then when I got out of the shower, suddenly you were back and you’d gone to bed.”

‘So that was you,’ Felicia thought. It was, of course, possible that Lisa had just happened to be drunk and horny independent of anything that had happened earlier in the day. But Felicia strongly suspected that yesterday’s race had played some role. And if that was so… it boded well for her odds of getting Lisa to take on another challenge from DKM.

“I just went for a walk on the beach, and sat to watch the sunset.” Not entirely false, anyway. With an exaggerated smile, Felicia added, “Because since I’m now the only one who has to buy my own drinks, I can’t just go round for round with you three all week.”

Lisa looked slightly unconvinced, but she didn’t immediately say anything, and Felicia decided to change the subject. “So, what’s on today’s docket?”

Lisa’s expression soured. “Well, we were supposed to go hiking today, but no one else seems interested in going all of a sudden…” A loud groan from Beth and an eye-roll from Sarah confirmed that neither had any intention of going with Lisa, and that they had probably already gotten an earful this morning. “Whatever,” Lisa grumbled. “I’m going no matter what. Are you coming with me, Felicia, or are you going to be a little bitch like these two?”

Felicia considered a moment. Lisa going hiking and Beth nursing a hangover would make it very easy to isolate Sarah and bring her over to whatever Chet was planning; on the other hand, if she went with Lisa, she might be able to lay a trap for the sister who, she reckoned, might be the most difficult. Surely Chet and his bros would roll with it if she called an audible. And the thought of Lisa bent over against a tree, or pinned down on a muddy hiking trail, did have a certain appeal…
