You wake with a start and sit straight up. You look around and you're in a familiar space: your room. You push yourself up and get out of bed. What happened? The last thing you remember, your stepsister was saying some weird stuff, and then you blacked out. Are you okay? You put your hand to your head, but you feel fine, just like normal. Still, though, you can't shake the feeling that-

"Initiating boot-up sequence."

You hear a voice and jerk your head around, trying to see where it's coming from. You can't seem to find a source.

"Boot-up completed."

The second time you hear it, it doesn't sound like it's coming from your room, or anywhere outside. The mechanical voice sounds like it's being transmitted straight into your head. As you're wondering how that could be possible, your vision blurs for a second. When it focuses again, there's some sort of overlay around the edges of your vision. There are bars in the corners, with labels like, health, hunger, sanity... and you notice that as you look at them, the sanity one is starting to go down. It doesn't take you long to recognize what this is: a HUD from a video game.

You try to yell out loud, but your mouth doesn't move. However, a box pops up on the corner of your screen: a chat box.

bitch: What the hell is this?

The sentence you meant to say pops up on screen. You narrow your eyes at the name. Now you're sure that Sarah did this. She must think she's really funny.

sarah: Isn't it great? Now your life is a video game! You'd better appreciate all the work this was to set up, bro. Took me all night.

You decide to go find your sister and give her a piece of your mind. You storm over to your door, but before you can reach it, your feet stop in place. Your hand which was reaching out to the door now assumes a mind of its own and forces itself down the front of your pants, where it starts to slide up and down your flaccid dick. "Universal Simulator commencing. Please select starting area."

The voice comes through your head as you stand up and remove your hand from your pants. Once you're up, your vision is replaced with what looks like a map screen, with several locations you recognize highlighted with red dots.
