With tearful happiness

Delighted, Melanie races towards the door and pulls you along. You're definitely nervous, unsure how your presence will affect the man of the house. He did seem to believe that he's got a son after speaking with Melanie on the phone... That is, unless he was just playing along.

Opening the door, you hold your breath as you look over the man. He's seemingly in his late 30s, with neatly-combed black hair. He has a squarish head with a chiseled jawline and a decent complexion, although it's clear that stress has added a few wrinkles. You can't tell much about his body through his black business suit, though he clearly isn't overweight.

His first expression when he sees you is confusion. After a moment, though, a look of giddy excitement takes over. It's all you need to confirm that, despite not speaking directly to him, your effect on Melanie's judgement and beliefs made him believe enough to come and see.

"I...I can't believe this. Is that really you...John?" he asks hesitantly.

Internally, you roll your eyes at having to go through with the same emotional roller coaster as with Melanie, but you keep up the act with a smile.

"I'm home, Dad."

There were a lot of questions, but of course you didn't have to put any effort into your excuses since they were sure to accept them anyway. Heck, you could tell them that their two-year-old son was taken away by a wolf and raised in the wilds, and they would still have believed you!

It was tiring and annoying, but you sat patiently, getting to know your new "dad" and his line of work. Apparently, he works as a financial officer at a small bank you've never heard of. He's saved well and made some smart investments, which allowed him the luxury of buying this large two-story house in a good neighborhood.

You feel a little guilty leeching off of this family, but considering they've got plenty of rooms and seem so happy to have you, you can't feel too bad. Of course, you aren't going to be completely heartless and take Melanie away from Greg... But while you're here you want to enjoy the lovely wife's body and milk as much as possible.

Now, looking out the window of your new bedroom that Melanie quickly put together, you're shocked how late it's gotten. Honestly, you forgot that you left Erica's car at the park and Erica herself at your apartment. You could come back later to the house, or perhaps have Erica move in as well. Then again, Erica is sure to be fine for the night without a car. She can call in sick for work tomorrow as well. That would leave you free to spend some overnight "quality time" with your new mother...
