Silver Tongue, Water Control, and Healing!

Your daughter River found that she could speak with unnatural glibness, convincing almost anyone of almost anything: except you, her siblings, and a handful of other people. You warned her sternly that abusing this ability WILL be reprimanded, harshly, and she agreed to keep it under wraps except in dire emergencies.

She furthermore could control any manifestation of the element of water, as long as it was in a liquid state, manipulating it's shape and appearance unnaturally like you did with shadows and teleporting through it the same way. She also can SENSE the presence and distance of fairly pure bodies of water nearby, out to a range of about a mile if she concentrates hard. She can't detect say, the water in someone's blood, or manipulate it either, but she can tell how much water is in a glass without looking at it, and what shape the water is, as well as knowing exactly how far she is from the lake at all times.

That was not the best part though! Like you she regenerates, all your children do, but she can share that property with others! By touching someone she can make them regenerate half as fast as she does, but at the same time her regeneration slows proportionally, she can share this power with up to 2 people at once, going to 1/3 speed for each of them, but that is still enough that she could save a lot of lives if she had to.

She has selected the name of 'Water Witch' for her super hero name, and is debating working in a hospital or as an EMT.
