Where are you when the potion wears off?

You have no idea how much time has passed, but you feel your body expand and thaw from it's rocky state, and find yourself standing atop a large altar, such as human sacrifices would be performed on. In point of fact you notice that the altar is stained with blood and and there are a set of four manacles attached to the edges, such as might secure a human to be cut up as a sacrifice... ~Or a spider!~ you think and scurry quickly out from atop it. The rest of the room comes into view, and you see a large chamber filled with pews, except, most of the pews look like they have been smashed or burned, and there are burnt red tapestries along the walls. The ceiling here vaults almost 40 feet high and is held up by cross bracing and flying buttresses. It also is stained black with soot.

You see four exits from the room, one directly behind the altar, one opposite each other on both of the long walls, and one pair of massive double doors at the room's opposite end...
