The Cafe

"C'mon." Samantha hands you the access badge you received in the lobby and she turns around.

"Where are we going?" You ask.

"To the cafe. I'm hungry and you can't leave the facility until after the doc here has given the go ahead. But don't worry, they've got a lot of conveniences on site. I know you've probably got a thousand questions right now so let's get out of here and I'll try to answer what I can."

"Uh, ok?"

Doctor Lybeck gives a you short wave as you walk past and then returns her attention to her tablet. You can't help but notice the new sensations you experience just from the simple act of walking. The extra weight upon your chest and how you're having to stand a little different. The soft touch of lace upon your nethers. The cotton skirt as it dances upon your thighs with each step. Your long hair as it sways with your head. Everything feels so new.

You continue to follow Sam as she leads the way out of the lab and back down the hallway. She swipes her card as she opens one particular door which leads down yet another hallway. She then opens one more door and says, "Here we are."

The cafe is like nothing you would have expected in this scientific environment. It's dimly lit with secluded booths spread throughout each with their own candle. One wall is covered in windows revealing a forested ravine full of various green flora. There's a few tables with people in lab coats interspersed with others in normal attire eating and discussing the day's activities. A wonderful smell of Italian herbs is in the air mixed with a hint of coffee. Your mouth begins to water at the thought of the delicious food in store.

The two of you sit in a booth adjacent to the window overlooking mother nature. A young gentleman wearing casual clothes walks over to your table. He's in his early twenties with a nice build, tanned muscular forearms, dark short cropped hair, square jaw with about 3 days beard, and dark eyes. "May I get you ladies something to drink?" You notice his eyes linger on your ample chest. Reminding you that you're out of your comfort zone.

Sam looks up at him and says, "We'll have two coffees and a cheese platter for now." The waiter nods and walks away. Sam grins at you, "Told you you were hot. He couldn't keep his eyes off of those. But really, I can't blame him."

With a sigh and a chuckle you whisper, "Sam, what am I doing here? I'm dressed up like some catholic school girl, as a girl! I have tits! and a pussy!"

"Hey! Keep it down." As she glances around the cafe. "Not everyone here is involved in the same experiments and knows about what goes on here. Especially some of Dr. Lybeck's stuff."

"Well, What happened?"

She giggles, "Well, you're a woman now."

"Ok, but, how did this happen?"

"Through the magic of science my dear Jane. Dr Lybeck has broken through the DNA sequences in your body in order to rearrange and transform your actual genetic makeup. But the real magic is in how fast the transformation is complete and how complete it is! Everything about you other than your memories have changed. Most of it, I'm sure you've already noticed, the physical differences, height, weight, balance, those." And she points at your breasts. "But there's more. That's all I can say right now though. The doc made me promise not to interfere in the experiment so I'm supposed to keep quiet." She points up and towards the corner of the cafe, "You're still under observation."

As you raise your eyes you notice a small wall mounted camera pointed in your direction. "You mean I'm a guinea pig?"

"No, the initial testing is done and everything is safe. Now we're on stage 3. It's more observational to note the differences in each case. It won't be for long, and it's mainly to make sure you're adjusting well."

"Well, ok I guess." With another glance at the camera you turn your attention to the returning waiter.

"Here you are ladies. Will there be anything else?" He sets the coffee and cheese platter onto the table. He smiles as he looks at you and you can't help but feel as though he's mentally undressing you, as if that's very hard in these clothes. You smile in return, hoping to lose this sense of unease. He's not bad looking, a little disheveled in that cute way. Wait. What are you doing? Are you actually checking him out?

"I think we need a few more minutes." Samantha thankfully interrupts with an answer.

He nods and turns to leave yet you notice you actually watched his butt as he walked away. What is going on with you? You shake your head as you turn back to look at Sam. She must have noticed because she's got this huge smile on her face. Is this what she was talking about? You slowly reach out to grab your cup of coffee, unsure of the changes you're noticing within you.

"Ahem, " She starts as she takes a square of cheese, "So, you'll be given a room. It's quite nice with an overlook of the ravine." She gestures towards the window and the scene there. "They've already upgraded your badge so you can access the necessary areas. There's a gym, a pool, the cafe here, and a bar as well. Oh, and there's some nice nature trails too. If you have any difficulties with anything you are free to ask the doctor or myself for any help. We can get you almost anything."

"Ok," You respond timidly, it's still so much information for you to process. "Do I have to pay for anything?"

"No, all expenses are covered by the project. So, order whatever you want." That genuine smile reappears on Sam's face, comforting you, reminding you that you aren't alone here. She winks, "And enjoy yourself."

You order a nice meal, taking mental note to control your roving eye for the time being. The two of you continue talking about little things as you eat, nothing of much importance, the lab, different experiments, the locale. You do your best to keep the subject off of you for the moment, feeling a little scrutinized and still not sure exactly how you're supposed to act. There's far more questions that keep popping into your head, some of which are quite risque` but you dare not ask them just yet. It seems there will be plenty of time to get your answers later.

After finishing up Samantha offers to lead you to your room. You thank her and are led upstairs to a short hallway with four numbered doors. She stops at the one labeled three and tells you to swipe your badge.
