The train ride through the sun-drenched Brandenburg countryside had been an unbroken, silent trial of endurance. Sitting beside Loona in the compartment, I had been forced to grip the armrests of the seats to keep from giving away the throbbing ache in my lower abdomen with audible groans. Every jolt of the rails had driven the steel cage hard against my bruised flesh; yet Loona’s hand, resting quietly on my thigh for most of the journey, served as a mute reminder of her promise.
When the heavy front door of her Berlin pre-war apartment finally clicked shut and the bustle of the city was locked outside, the accumulated tension crashed down upon me with full force. I leaned my forehead against the cool wall of the hallway, fighting for breath. My entire body was vibrating.
"Shoes off, coat on the rack," Loona’s voice came calmly from behind me. Setting her travel bag down, she slipped out of her trench coat and led the way into her bedroom with fluid strides. "Come inside, John."
I followed her as if in a trance. The room was bathed in muted, warm afternoon light filtering through heavy linen drapes. A large, dark towel was already spread out across the low bed, flanked by a bowl of lukewarm water, soft cloths, and a tube of medicinal balm. Everything was arranged. Nothing had been left to chance.
Sitting down on the edge of the mattress, she slipped off her flats and stretched out her legs. Her tights were sheer, the soles lightly dusted from the journey. With a single glance, she indicated the floor before her.
"Undress. Completely," she commanded evenly, remaining seated on the edge.
With erratic, trembling fingers, I tore the shirt from my shoulders, unfastened the pleated trousers, and stepped out of them along with my socks. Only the black velvet band with the tiny padlock remained at my throat—along with the heavy, locked surgical steel encasing my aching loins. The metal gleamed in the half-light, strained to the bursting point, the tissue beneath flushed dark red.
Before I could draw myself upright, she let her feet glide forward again. Her right sole settled flat on the rug, mere inches from my knees.
"Please… Loona… please, unlock it… I can't take it anymore…," I stammered hoarsely. I sank to my knees before the bed, hands resting pleadingly on her thighs. "It burns so much… please…"
Her hand came down on the back of my head, pressing it slowly downward until my forehead touched the warm skin of her instep. The cage knocked hard against my thighs as I leaned forward. I tasted dust, nylon, and the faint sweetness of her skin as she spread her toes once and drew them together again, directly before my mouth.
Eventually, she released her hold on my head. When I looked up again, she detached my hands gently but firmly from her thighs and guided my wrists downward.
"Patience, little one," she murmured, tracing a comforting hand across my cheek. "Do you truly think I would let you come in this condition? Look at yourself. Your skin is raw; the metal has left its mark on you all weekend. Care comes first. Devotion first, then mercy. Lie on your back. Head on the pillow."
Drawing her foot back, she lifted it once more, brushing the sole across my cheek before letting me go. The faint imprint of her toes remained damp against my skin. A faint whimper of frustration escaped me, yet her gaze brooked no hesitation. I hauled myself onto the towel, stretched my legs out, and squeezed my eyes shut. The throbbing inside the cage had become a single, pulsing spasm.
Loona shifted closer to me. Taking a warm, damp cloth, she began to wash away the sweat and dust of the weekend from my skin with meticulous care. She wiped across my groin, cooled the irritated ridges left by the stay-ups on my thighs, and gently cleansed the area surrounding the steel base ring. Every movement was methodical, soothing, and at the same time an unbearable prolongation of my torment.
Before reaching for the balm, she slid a little higher onto the bed and parted her knees. Her skirt rode upward. Gripping my shoulders, she drew my upper body up and pressed my face between her thighs. I performed as demanded, steady and unhurried, while the cage throbbed between my own legs and the taste of her and the traces of her soles still lingered on my tongue. Only when her breathing turned shallow and her fingers dug deeper into my hair did she release me, easing me back onto the towel.
"Breathe nice and easy," she whispered, taking a fingertip of cool, fragrant balm and massaging it slowly into the deep red grooves the ring had carved into my perineal fold. The burning sting gave way instantly to a soothing chill. A shaky sigh broke from my chest. "Good boy. You held out so bravely, John. In front of Vanessa, in front of your father, in front of the staff. You gave me your absolute surrender."
Reaching toward the bedside table, she picked up the slender case. The faint click of the brass zipper sounded like music to my ears. She drew out the tiny key.
"Now," she whispered.
The lock released with a soft, metallic click. Loona disengaged the retaining pin, eased the upper struts forward, and finally lifted the heavy base ring from my flesh.
An overwhelming rush of relief surged through my pelvis. For the first time in days, blood flowed unrestricted through the tissue. My hips bucked involuntarily; my hand shot down on instinct to release the agonizing tension myself—yet in that very breath, Loona intercepted my wrists, pinning them beside my head into the pillows with an iron grip.
"Do not touch!" she commanded with velvety hardness, her eyes flashing dangerously close above my face. "Not a single finger touches you without my permission. You belong to me, remember? Even your pleasure is not your own."
"Loona… I'm begging you… let me… I'm going to burst…," I panted, tears welling in my eyes once more as my body convulsed from raw overstimulation. The built-up pressure of the past days had turned into a searing, uncontrollable wave that overwhelmed all conscious thought.
"You may," she said softly, her smile turning impossibly tender, almost cruel in its gentleness. "But I set the pace. You look into my eyes. You breathe when I say so. And you will come the exact second I command it."
Releasing one hand, she let it slide slowly down my stomach, wrapping her warm, oiled fingers around my completely bare, exposed flesh.
The sheer contact of her bare skin was so overwhelming that a sharp cry tore from my throat. My back arched, my muscles locking tight.
"Not yet," she murmured, as her hand began to move in a slow, mercilessly steady rhythm. "Look at me, John. Keep your eyes on me. Feel who is granting you this."
I stared into her eyes, lost in the deep green of her irises. My chest rose and fell in frantic heaves. Every stroke of her fingers pushed me higher, right to the absolute precipice. Three endless days of denial, shame, and humiliation seemed to converge into this single motion. Holding back for another second was impossible.
"Loona… now… please… I can't hold it…!"
Leaning down, her lips brushed the shell of my ear, while her hand quickened its pace, tightening its grip, claiming the full depth of her touch.
"Now, little one. Give it to me."
With a choked, ragged cry, the accumulated dam burst within me. It was no simple release, but a shattering, endless spasm that convulsed my entire body. Wave after wave discharged into her guiding hand, while my fingers clawed desperately into the pillows. Sobbing and entirely spent, I lay beneath her, unable to move or think.
Loona held me firmly, not letting go until the last tremor had faded from my thighs. Then, leaning over me, she pressed a soft kiss to my sweat-dampened forehead and brushed the hair from my face.
"Very good boy," she whispered with deep satisfaction, as I sank back into the pillows, stripped of all strength. "You earned it. And tomorrow… a brand-new chapter begins."
