What's next?
New heights
Aerith thought back to her early adventures with Cloud. How he could run and leap across rooftops with ease, while she... Did her best to keep up! It'd been so scary, making those leaps, shimmying across ledges.
And now she was doing that exact thing. Bare naked. Her dress wasn't exactly protective, but even so, she was aware of just vulnerable she was right now.
"I managed to escape, but I still don't know what those guys did with my clothes..." Aerith hummed. "I'll throttle Corneo if he threw them out! Though, I guess there's plenty of worse things to throttle him for."
Talking to herself helped with her nerves as she eased her way across the rooftops. She was... Moving, for sure! But her cautiousness was making this a slow journey. And while the church certainly wasn't warm, it was downright comfortable compared to being out here!
A stiff breeze rolled by, causing Aerith to shiver and clutch her body-- And slip as a result.
That was it. Just like that. The last of the Ancients, going out as a butt naked splat on the ground below... At least, that's what might've happened, if her hands hasn't grabbed a ledge! She heard voices down below...
Workers. Nobody she recognized from this angle. But all they had to do was look up, and they'd see... Areas that they really shouldn't be seeing! Muffling her strain, she hoisted herself up onto the ledge--
And found herself pressed against a window. Face somewhat smooshed, perky breasts pressed against the glass. She saw people inside, but they hadn't seen her. Yet. She shimmied across until, finally, she found some proper footing at a balcony.
Nowhere else to climb, and she wasn't really confident enough to scale buildings in the buff! She didn't feel right, trespassing in whichever building this was, but... Surely it was better than plummeting to the ground.
With one hand over her chest, and the other between her legs, she quietly slipped inside...
