Friends in Bloom

As strange as it sounds, there was something comforting about Midgar's steel skies... Though, Aerith mainly realized it now that they were gone. The ever-present shade. Counting the plates and rivets while carrying groceries home. It made glimpses of the actual sky that much sweeter.

That said-- It was hard not to enjoy this view.

Countless stars. Glimpses of the cosmos that Midgar could never dream of, barely peeking through the light of the moon. Aerith sighed, and smiled. She wouldn't walk naked in Midgar, under the steel. But being nude in nature like this? In the open? This felt right.

She stood at the very top of a grassy hill, taking in the view, as Tifa did the same-- Though, her view was of Aerith's cute ass. She really was trying not to stare...

"So what did we come out here for? And did we really have to undress BEFORE walking all the way out here--?"

"And is there any good Materia?" Yuffie added her own question to the pile, earning a look from Tifa. She paused, then chuckled, arms behind her head and her petite chest pressed out. "I mean... I love bonding with you guys! Just, you know. I don't usually ditch my undies without Materia being involved..."

As they reached the top of the hill, and Aerith, their chatter gave way to silent amazement. Below them was a deep, gorgeous valley of flowers! Blue and purple petals, glowing in the moonlight, while wild Chocobos ran in the distance. The view was breathtaking...

"This is why we're here." Aerith smiled at the two. "This is why we're fighting. Beneath our worries, and stress, and weapons and clothes, we're every bit a part of nature as this field. It's important to breathe, and remind ourselves of that."

Aerith took a deep breath. She stretched her arms high over her head, gave her body a little twist... Then pumped her fist!

"Okay! I feel good! I might sit out here for a bit. But you guys can get dressed and head back if you want--"

Before she could conclude the offer, Yuffie went running down the hill at her ninja speeds! She let out a little laugh, jumping through the petals. "Come on, we can't leave! We just got here! This place is so pretty! And I bet there's Materia here somewhere..."

The young ninja went bounding through the field. Tifa sighed... Then smiled at Aerith and descended into the flowers as well, lowering her hands to let her curvy body hang freely. The florist stared for a moment, then gave chase...
