Time manipulation

The ability to control time around you. You can stop, start, slow down, fast forward, and even reverse it. What is effected by the ability is completely up to the user. For example, you can choose to only speed up time in a small radius, or chose to keep only certain people frozen while the rest of the world continues to move around them by saying their name and then the word "freeze". Though larger and longer uses of the ability will have negative side effects on the user. While it begins not that impressive, with enough training, you can discover and expand new abilities.
