Business Talk

A/N: Sorry for the long wait. I forgot that I had vacation after the two week break, so here is a new chapter of Big Lake after a month skip in the timeline. I hope you enjoy it.

Jenn and Mallory were walking down the hall of the Overton Resort in Big Lake because they had a meeting with the owner of the resort, Lance Overton. Mallory knew Lance on a more personal level since she had been hanging out with Lexie and Lanie since before she could remember. As for Jenn, she didn’t know him all that well. She had probably fucked him a time or two over the years when they had been at the same parties and there was a lot of sex going on anyway.

As for the reason for this meeting, it had to do with Exposé. Things had been going well in the first month of owning the business for both Jenn and Mallory, but they needed more advice so that they made sure that things wouldn’t go down hill like it had before Jenn had brought the business with her money from the sex app she had made.

The main problem was that most of the same people still worked with Exposé. If Jenn and Mallory allowed them to stay on with the business, things would probably end up just like they were before. So, they would be laying off some people. They would need some extra money for hiring new employees, so that was why they were looking for an investor and Lance Overton was the biggest chance of getting that investor in their town.

Jenn had been loving working with Exposé so far and a lot of people had joined because the CEO was willing to do the same things that the paying customers were. Jenn had been doing sex scenes on the site since she bought it and the scenes ranged from solo scenes, to one guy or girl, to gangbangs. They finally made it to Lance’s office and they waited outside for the secretary to tell them it was time to go in. It didn’t take a few minutes and they were let into the resort owner’s office. They saw that their lawyer, Robin Quinn, was already in the office since he had worked with Lance before he went on his two year sabbatical.

“Good morning, ladies. Robin has been explaining what you two have been up to business wise and I think it would be something good to invest in. We do need to talk about what you need from me though. So, how can I help?” Lance asked.

“Well, things are going well right now. Robin helped us with all of the purchasing of Exposé and all of the signing that needed to be done and so forth. The problem I see arising is that we still have the same employees that were working with the company before and I’m afraid that if we keep all of them around, things will end up the same way they were before.” Jenn said.

“So, you need to lay off some workers and hire new ones? Do you need the money for this?” Lance asked.

“That’s right, Mr. Overton. We already have talked to some people that would be willing to come and work for us. We just need the extra money to make things work.” Mallory said.

“This is good. So, I would like to have some stock in the company if that is okay with the two of you. I’m thinking 20%.” Lance said.

“How about 15%?” Jenn asked.

“You will have to throw something in extra for that.” Lance said and Robin was just shaking his head as he knew where this was going.

“Extra in what way?” Mallory asked.

“I’m sure we can come up with something, but that is for a later time in this meeting. For now, let’s talk about how much money you think you need and I also have something else that I am willing to give you as well.” Lance said.

“I think $500,000 is enough to start. We have talked about this and it sounds like a good number.” Robin said.

“That is definitely doable. I can give you the money in a few days after I move a few things around. When we conclude this meeting and have everything signed, the money will be yours in a few days.” Lance said.

“Sounds good. What was the other thing that you were thinking about giving us to help us out?” Jenn asked.

“I was going to loan you Linda since she has helped me run the resort for years. I think her expertise will be very valuable to the two of you.” Lance said.

“That would be greatly appreciated, Mr. Overton. I’m sure we could learn a lot from her.” Mallory said.

“Mallory, how many times have I told you to call me Lance over the years?” Lance asked with a smile.

“Sorry, Lance. I just thought I would be professional.” Mallory said.

“That’s all well and good, but since we know each other, I don’t see the need.” Lance said.

“I will keep that in mind.” Mallory said.

“So, who are you planning on hiring for the business?” Lance asked.

“We have talked to Claude and Jacob about doing all of the computer stuff and Johnny and Patrick will be waiting to get out of college to join them. I was going to hire an assistant, but since you are loaning your wife out to us, that will help in that area for now, so that I can run the company and learn from her, while still having my fun with it as well.” Jenn said.

“Oh, I have seen some of your scenes and I have to say, they are impressive.” Lance said with a smirk.

“Well, you know me. I like to go all out.” Jenn said, smirking back.

“Anyways, I think you would both need to hire some assistants for yourselves. No need to wait on that.” Lance said.

“That does make sense and it is something else that we can use that money on since I know that dad and Claude wouldn’t use all of that $500,000.” Mallory said.

“Assistants are always helpful. I’m sure you will find ones that work for you quickly.” Lance said.

“We will need someone for marketing as well. Before I bought it, Exposé had hardly any marketing at all. It was like they just expected it to run itself.” Jenn said.

“Yes. Some owners are like that. They get lazy and they think things will come as easily as it did when they first opened the business.” Lance said.

“Oh and we definitely need someone to run the money end of things. Numbers are not my thing.” Jenn said.

“Yeah, mine either.” Mallory said.

“I might have someone in mind for that.” Robin said from behind the women.

“Nice. I will talk to you about that later.” Jenn said.

“Something else you might want to consider is assistants for all of these people you are bringing in as well. It will help keep them around.” Lance said.

“Another good idea. Thanks.” Mallory said.

“There is also the thing about benefits. What are you planning on doing about that?” Lance asked.

“We have the same pay structure as Exposé had before I bought it. For now it is working fine, but with the new workers, things might need to switch around.” Jenn said.

“It’s something to think about. Linda can help you with that though.” Lance said.

“I will be sure to talk to her about it then.” Jenn said and Mallory nodded as well.

“Good. So is there anything else?” Lance asked.

“I think my clients have talked about everything that I advised them too.” Robin said from behind the women.

“Well, all we need to do is write up a contract and have it signed. Does that sound good to you ladies?” Lance asked.

“Sounds perfect, but we never talked about your percentage of the company other than 15 or 20%.” Mallory said.

“That’s right. So, I will need something in return if I don’t get 20%.” Lance said.

“And what are you thinking?” Mallory asked.

“Well, I’m sure we can all come up with some arrangements for that.” Lance said with a smirk as his eyes ran over both of the women’s bodies.

“You have yourself a deal, but only for me. We have done this before so it is no difference there.” Jenn said.

“Hmm. I agree. I can work with this. You have a deal.” Lance said as he reached out his hand and Jenn shook it and then he reached toward Mallory and she didn’t take his hand.

“Hold on a second. I am just as big a part of this deal as Jenn is, so if she is doing this, I am too.” Mallory said.

“Well, in that case.” Lance said with a smirk and then Jenn spoke up.

“Oh sweetie, there’s no way that I am going to let you do that when you are dating my nephew. You just go home now and tell everyone how things went. I will be there soon.” Jenn said.

“You’re sure?” Mallory asked.

“I am. No go on and go home. This was a good day for us and you know that I don’t mind doing this and I know that you would hate yourself if you did.” Jenn said and Mallory nodded.

“Okay. So, it is just Jenn doing this. That works for me. It was good doing business with you Mallory. I will be seeing you soon with the girls, I’m sure.” Lance said.

“I’m sure we will. Goodbye, Lance.” Mallory said as she signed the contract and then walked out of the office.

“So, why don’t we get this party started.” Lance said after Mallory walked out of the office.

“You read my mind.” Jenn said as she thought back to the last time that Lance had fucked her and how good it had been.

“You want to join for old times sake, Robin?” Lance asked.

“Don’t mind if I do.” Robin said as the two men crowded in on Jenn’s personal space and they all started to kiss and get rid of their clothes.
