This has made her a somewhat controversial character, with some even going so far as to label her a terrorist.

Winged Victory is a tall, powerfully built woman with long curly black hair and large feathered wings sprouting from her back. Her golden costume evokes classical Greek armor, and she typically fights with a sword. She projects a commanding, statuesque, warrior-goddess presence.
