Complete conquest

Things had never looked as hopeless for Planet Mobius as they looked now. There had always had to deal with tyrants like Robotnik/Eggman. Still, even at times when he had managed to conquer their world and enslaved the population, there had been heroes like Sonic and his friends to stand up to the bad guys and liberate them. Still, this time it didn't seem that would be the case, even their higher heroes had already been captured and broken into slaves by the invading alien humans. There was nobody else who could stand up to them; all hope was gone. The only thing that remained was to bow your head, bend your knee, and hope that they won't abuse you too badly if you're obedient.

And as Mobius fell, where did their biggest bad guy who happens to be a human end up after the human conquest?
