Thunder & Lightning
Thunder and lightning. Dark heavy clouds. Greg looked up at the sky and rain fell back. He was handcuffed and walked with three guards. A move was ordered by Dr Seraphine Girad to a more secure psychiatric facility.
He caught glimpses of greenery. The smell of pollen. Itching his nostrils. Then he was in a police van moving along a bumpy road.
”Where… Where am I going?” Greg asked.
”He spoke…” one of the guards said in French, “He doesn’t usually speak, right?”
“You… American… We are taking you for a brainwash!” The guard laughed.
”Yeah… We are going to wash the crumbs out of your brain!” Another said.
”Oh… Crumbs…” Greg said.
Somehow he was getting his mind back. That dream… Or maybe the nightmare of Mila… Compelling him to finish the job. To get revenge for Nadia…
THUMP!
The van stumbled into a halt. “What?” The guards said in French before stepping out.
Greg sat there. A strange feeling. Shackled to the back.
”Arghh! Ahhh” A guard said. The sound of a struggle and two mechanical sounds.
Mila stepped in front of the open door. Her smile, chill and wicked at the same time. A back pistol with a silencer. And the dead hand of a guard in the background.
”My puppy!” She said, “Oh no… You’ve lost all your puppy fat… They haven’t been feeding you…”
Greg’s eyes open. Now seeing why this was all happening. He had to kill her. To kill Nadia.
