Put them in reserves

He looked at his two new minions and thought seriously and quickly; he had been extremely lucky as is. The guards were going to quickly catch on that he was up to something with all the time he was spending at the toilet. Hopefully, if he were lucky, they would just assume he was having bladder problems rather than performing dark condiment magic.

So he only had a few moments to give orders before he had to cut contact. He knew he couldn't keep micromanaging the tartar sauce as he had been, so there was one obvious solution. "You two will use the tartar sauce I send you to create more of your kind. You will also for the moment stay at the bottom of the river. I cannot have you spotted at this stage on the plan.

The two shark girls nodded rapidly and spoke of their loyalty and eagerness to perform the task given to them. He couldn't make sense of their words, though, as they were underwater, so all he heard was the sound of air bubbles going up. He quickly cut the connection, leaving the two to carry out his will. He also flushed the tartar sauce he had been using as the guard approached.

"Is everything alright, Condiment Wizard? You seem to be having problems with number one for the last few hours." The prison guard said in a gruff voice, his eyes filled with suspicion. The Condiment wizard nodded a negative, giving a small chuckle as he did so before responding, which irritated the guard.

"No, my guard, I have simply been suffering from a small bladder this day. It just is one flaw to show I am still mortal for the moment." The Condiment wizard said speaking as arrogantly as he could with his attempt at a noble voice. This only irritated the guard further, and so he came into the Condiment wizard's cell.

"While I'll be the judge of whether you're up to no good," the guard said and began stripping the room bare, looking for any contraband that the condiment wizard might have. He searched thoroughly and found nothing. He gave a huff and looked at the condiment wizard. "I'll have you visit the nurse to check on your new bladder problem." The guard said before turning around and leaving the condiment wizard's cell.

"A visit to the nurse." The Condiment wizard said quietly to himself, wondering how such a thing would pan out. Though he supposed he did actually need it, as he had never looked into if his new magical condiment abilities messed with his body in some way he wasn't aware of. So a good thing in the end. Though he did wonder if he would have the nurse as a minion in the future as he did his therapist.

"An interesting thought." The Condiment wizard thought to himself because if he did that, it sounded like something of a set, and he would need them all. Though he wasn't sure who would go with the therapist and nurse, he was finding himself rather interested in finding out. Which was another point in him being alive, as corpses tended to not be so curious.

So it was that the Condiment wizard continued to push a steady stream of magic tartar sauce down into the sewers and out into the Gotham River. As he did so, he thought on what to do with the shark woman he was gathering. He knew he needed them for a plan in Gotham, though he didn't know what. A massive shark-girl attack on city hall or a coordinated robbery of multiple stores near the Gotham River or a third unknown plan he hadn't come up with yet.

The future at the moment was unknown but seemingly was falling into the Condiment wizard's hands well enough. So he thought about how his minions would react at seeing him perform so well without their support. Truly, he would be seen as a truly great dark wizard over the next few days, and he was looking forward to every moment.
